This update is absolutely awful For today s date it had passage from the Psalms I love Psalms but they are NOT C S Lewis     Doesn t work Under H

I ve had this app for years and am an avid Lewis fan The quotes are great but I worry that those less familiar with Lewis work might be a bit perplexed by some of the quotes like those from the Screwtape Letters and wonder why Lewis sometimes refers to God as the Enemy Thus I think it would be beneficial to provide the source of each quote as well Lastly the older app image was more elegant in my opinion It s a little weird having someone s face on my screen             Not bad Few improvements tho Nick Van Etten

The app is not showing current day s devotion on IPAD It is stay a few days behind IPHONE stays current but not the IPAD Sometimes the same days devotion will be displayed for a few days and some days it will just be a few days behind Started with the newest release             Not current on IPAD Fast22

I love this app and have ready it everyday for the last couple months Although since the recent design update for it the quotes aren t updating daily on it s own I have to open close the app a few times before it updates to the newest quote             There s a problem to fix Drizzyflow90

Give this app your best as other reviews have recommended C S Lewis as your example You will then have a marvelous format One that is well worth paying for                 5 stars if improved art dreams

The upgrade is a downgrade to me It now has lines framing the words and animated ads that detract from the peaceful power of the quotes And it no longer rotates so I must turn device horizontal to read it I miss just the simple landscape with the powerful words that I could read without rotating         C S Lewis roseloverkuvasz

I was also disappointed when I received scripture verses instead of C S Lewis quotes because I have other scripture apps but thank you for bringing the quotes back                     Love the Quotes 16violets

My rating is only one star currently because suddenly the quotes from Mr Lewis are gone They ve been replaced by scripture verses nothing wrong with that but I can find lots of verse a day apps if I want that Bring back the Lewis quotes please Adding citations would be good too     What happened Tot79

The update before the most current one ruined the app Now the quote of the day sometimes doesn t change or features two quotes there is much less variety in quotes and it just looks worse The older version was so much nicer Please bring it back     Bring back the old app Acimanna

Fantastic app I ve been using this app daily for as long as I ve had an iPhone and loved the daily inspiration and philosophical candy to chew on each day The app is broken for 8 2 meaning you can t see anything and it requires you to copy all blank text from the app into notes in order to see the quotes now for each day Hopefully this will be fixed soon but otherwise great app                     Needs to be fixed for 8 2 AbGtebay!)
