This is a nice app however it needs 2 major improvements thats why I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5 1 Place the picture for the plant above the text So many of the reviews have mentioned this for so long 2 Browse by picture I would love to be able to flip through by just pictures then drill down into more info for the plants that catch my eye           Needs 2 things

Would be better if there was an icon that would show only pictures of the cacti It would make it easier for folks like me who do not know the names but would like to find out about a cacti           Nice App

Terrific resource that provides brief thumbnail info about the more common cactisucculents out there Needs to add more plants as there are countless varieties out there for the collector Also one thing I would do for future updates is rearrange the info and picture for each plant Make it so the first thing you see when you tap a plant name is a picture of the plant and not the text about it Most of us know plants by sight not their scientific name so it would be helpful to see the picture of the plant right away instead of having to scroll down a page first to see it              Great app with room to grow

This app is introductory at best Plants are listed primarily by their common names with all the problems that come with that The scientific names are also listed in the index but not all scientific names are searchable For example you can only find Echinocactus grusonii only by entering golden barrel in the search box if you type in the scientific name the entry does not appear even though the scientific name is clearly listed on the page Badly done Emma Also when the entry does appear you have to scroll down past the text to see the plant photograph Coupling this with the previously mentioned problem makes finding a particular plant a chore I hope the developers will make this a better app for the more serious collector given the dearth of cacti and succulent apps out there otherwise this one gets deleted when the next best comes along        Cactus plant encyclopedia

We all know all cacti are succulents but not all succulents art cactiover half the listings in this semi worthless app are succulents15 echeverias Come ona waste     Too many succulents

A glaring aroma therapy ad I cannot get rid of even though I paid for this app I was assuming a view of the plant along with the text not text first Many plants I know by sight only        Disappointed

I like the application but its has on the cover where I open the page a down load for fish encyclopedia I dont think is appropriate if I paid for the cactus application to have a ads on it I wish that the pictures of the cactus will be on top before all the information about them It needs to be more informative and more variations           Cactus plant encyclopedia
