I have gone to Caffe Nero almost twenty times in the last few months and still haven t gotten a free coffee using the app         App doesn t keep track of rewards mdailey77

Downloaded when I landed at Heathrow but has not worked at two different Caffe Nero locations in the UK App should clearly indicate it is only for US and ideally should work everywhere     Only works in the US Cupr

With auto refill turned off my balance was low and it took from my debit card the money needed for the current transaction without warning me Debit card was low and it caused me to over withdraw The mocha ended up costing 20 bank fee Beware     Beware Craig02445

Downloaded the app in the US and put money on it Turns out that you can t use it in UK Tried to contact Cafe Nero but didn t seem to care their app doesn t work properly Should have a warning that the app only works in certain parts of the world         Downloaded in USA but can t use it in UK Utrecht1011

I love this coffee shop It s a great place to have a coffee and relax with friends or by yourself It s a better alternative to Starbucks But their apps is terrible They need to work on it especially the way they track and redeem their rewards As the matter of fact what they call reward is just too confusing I don t consider the funds I load up into this app from my credit card to pay for my purchases as rewards and yet they do Furthermore I don t always keep track of how many coffees I have purchased in the past and so when i want to track to see if I got a free coffee at every ten i can t know for sure This app needs to be improved for sure         Reward feature needs to be improved Dyzzy01
