This app is really fantastic I it Awesome
I purchased full version and enjoying this training Its good for everyday average Redon who wants to get fit or trying to get in shape after period of low activities like recovering after injury I rated 4 stars only because its asking you to rate each exercise instead of just do one rate after series of workouts Good app for fitness
I was loving this ap Good workout and was feeling sore After upgrading my iOS it wont even open I hope this issue gets resolved Great but some technical issues

i cant open app after upgrade i love it but doesnt open
The voice over does not come on and there is no option in settings to turn it on or off or adjust the volume Also the app crashed the first 9 times I tried to load the pictures and what not It kept saying there was a connection issue Just when I was about to contact apple it finally loaded I dont know if this was worth my money Not what I expected
After I upgraded to 83 the app doesnt even open anymore Its been spectacular so far but hopefully a fix is in the works soon My favorite app so far iOS 83 issue
Ive used it and was sore next day just that once I set up the new iOS update the app wont open Im sure once this gets fix I will love it more Great app
