Meeting new contacts with the customary exchange of business cards used to leave me with the arduous task of entering the information by hand Hail to CamCard for lightening my afterhours burden When I noticed that CamCard had some difficulty scanning my own business card I reformatted the fonts to make them CamCard friendly I now advise others to do the same to make their business cards CamCard friendly and give their contacts a break PS I have a handsome business card but the fonts that I use lack fancy curlicues CamCard makes my business life better

I find this app to be extremely helpful in organizing and cataloging business cards Photographing the cards is easy and it makes recalling details very convenient My only suggestion would be to file the pics of the business cards in a separate file automatically rather than the main photo stream An extremely helpful app

You have to edit each card because it puts the info in the wrong places It was way too much work If I have to put that much work into it then It would be easier to create your own data base and enter them manually and get it right the first time No good

Im finding this app very good You must be careful of just how it takes the photoyou can edit before you save My goal is to get rid of the 15yrold stack of cards in my drawer Works well

Emailing cards does not work with iPhone and only could get it to work once on the iPad No customer support Wasted a lot of time Does not work

The text box only lets you see one short line When I write a paragraph on my patient the only thing I see is the last few words NOT HELPFUL Bad design

Ive tried several of these card reading apps before and this one really does work Its not perfect but it does a nice job of scanning the cards and saving contact info Once the cards are entered you can visit websites and view info all from inside the application If your someone like myself who enjoys visiting fairs and checking out local artist then you probably acquire many business cards too This app is essential for cutting down on the paper clutter and giving you a nice interface for following up online Nice job Surprisingly Awesome

This works well I was able to organize my cards and now quickly scan new cards soon after collecting Cards are synced with ease and added to contacts I have recommended this app to anyone I see with a stack of cards Organization with ease

I am not easily surprised by apps especially one that claims to accurately capture text from a photo in this case a business card Ive tried several that were mostly terrible Not this one It worked beautifully in a rather wordy business card I jumped and felt a surge of satisfaction that works so well I really recommend it Really surprised

This app works seamlessly and quickly I can take a pic w iPad or Windows phone and immediately save it to contacts and can see it in Outlook immediately The only gripe is that it often doesnt recognize the correct text or only part of the text so I end up typing quite a bit to correct stuff But at least there is the picture of the card so you can see all of the correct info Very easy but recognition is only ok

I cant believe how poorly this app does OCR Even the simplest business cards require manual correction What a waste of time Not a single accurate scan

so the first registration failed and the app hung and had to be forced closed and reopened Upon reopening and starting to use the app and creating foldersgroups upon getting to adding cards wanted me to upgrade for 8 not even a trial of a couple imagespics of cards before forcing an upgrade 80 crap terrible Not complete crap but near it

I rarely read the privacy rules but I did this time and Im very glad BEWARE the laws governing privacy for this app are Chinas As much as you might think we dont have privacy in other countries Im fairly certain there is NO data in China that the government considers off limits Privacy rules are COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
