CAMPUS USA Credit Union Mobile

Very barebones app cant figure out how to log in with a different account cant see transaction history on credit card takes a very long time for new debit transactions to post           Lackluster

Ive been waiting so long for this app to come out                 Incredibly convenient

Easy way to see all sub accounts do transfers between accounts and pay on loans check balances and history and the new mobile deposit works well Super easy to use                 Great for mobile banking

Had some glitches but the new upgrade works great and now has PopMoney so I can send money to anyone with an email address Kind of cool              Newest update back on track

The app wouldnt let me log in just continuous security questions with no option to get into the account Better luck next time     Unable to even login

We moves to Tampa 6 years ago and didnt want to leave Campus USA so every time we needed to deposit a check we had to go to the USF Credit union and that is a pain This makes life so much easier                 FINALLY

The app has minimal functionality and is not even available for the iPad I cant believe my bank of 15 years is so behind in technology Hopefully they catch up someday     This app is pointless

I can only transfer from my savings account to my auto loan I need to be able to transfer from my checking account        Transfers

The Campus USA mobile app is very intuitive and easy to use I can handle all of my banking needs with this app Great app                 Great credit union great app

Part of providing a good expirience with your application to your customers is design and functionality and this application lacks both The new design is so careless Very blurry icon and inconsistent design this shows how little you care about your customers thank you        Ugly Functionality Limited

It was working alright but after tonights update it broke the UI All screens look like old unstyled web pages Please fix        Latest update broke the UI

Ive had a CCU account for roughly 20 years CCU has always been great on the phone and at their various branches Where they consistently have lagged is online technology The CCU website and web interface remains archaic and the CCU app has minimal functionality For a credit union that according to their tellers has over a billion dollars in assets youd think theyd have the budget to hire quality developers Perhaps the biggest feature missing from the app is the lack of mobile deposits It was available a few versions ago and terrible I understand why it was pulled That being said a credit union with CCUs prestige should be able to present a much better mobile product for their members        Disappointing App

Just got this app I love it easy to use and another reason to love my credit union                 I love my credit union

This is a simple app that works Not a lot of unnecessary features I can get to the full set of features easily by accessing online banking from my iPad or PC Dont need those on my phone app              Just what I need

There are two features Ive been waiting for in an app 1 the ability to manage my deposits and account balance via transfers and 2 the ability to deposit checks with my phone by taking a picture of the check and sending the Image Regrettably this app doesnt include either feature I cant login to more than one account which means that Im only able to check my balance on the one account and I cant move funds from one to the other Also electronic check deposits are not possible Note these features have been available on apps from other institutions for over two years     Needs updates

It is a decent app Im able to check my balance when I live 40 miles away from the closest Campus I would like to see more options like transferring from bank to bank              Campus USA App

Im on wifi using an iPhone 4 I just says checking connection I waited like that for 5 mins and then restarted the app No change Please fix this     Doesnt work
