Can`t Stop

Please give an option to stop the animation It would be a 5 star game otherwise        Animation is very annoying and distracting

Please 1 Stop the jumping spinning cones 2 Stop the spinning background 3 Stop randomizing the players I have 4 players saved and it just seems to choose at random plus duplicating some I played with Bob Bob Susan and Jane yesterday 4 Let us return to the same player with our own name select which of the stored players our family members we play with then let us choose whether its a human player or AI on any stored player        Mechanics of the game 5 excessive animation 2 not letting us select players 1

I really like the game Cant Stop The implementation looks nice but the game cant seem to add simple numbers I rolled four fives and the 10 column was active but the game said I crapped out I noticed similar addition problems during the one game I played Once the publisher fixes this error it will be an awesome game Update I tried playing again and its worse than it was The game cannot do simple math does not move markers in a column when you choose a number and generally is completely useless A waste of money     Cant Stop Cant add

I was so excited to see this as an app It is my favorite board game and I actually just recently looked for it as an app when it wasnt yet released Yay                 My favorite board game

Better the AI works faster and its not as stupid as it was before the update If you want me to give this game five stars youre going to have to include online multiplayer           Better

I havent noticed any bugs with the game and its running very smoothly Looks great plays great definitely worth buying if you like the board game                 No complaints Im having fun

This is a fun game but it has a lot of bugs as mentioned by other reviewers Also no basic stat tracking I want to know when I have had my best time attack time or how many games I have won vs lost Also this really needs async multiplayer to shine           Buggy but fun

This is a really fun game but there is too much animation The outside whirls around bubbles float about the cones jump up and down etc It is all too much And the game drains the battery Play however is really fun              fun gamebattery drain

Great game I made a homemade set years ago when I couldnt find a commercial version in stores I love the game show atmosphere of the app It seems very appropriate to the feel of the game and the time when it was first released There are some occasional bugs which is frustrating Inability to place a runner on an available column having one of your runners assigned to an unavailable number even when you have chosen a different option these are little things that spoil an otherwise enjoyable time I hope Playdek addresses these issues soon           Very nice but

I was introduced to this game on Second Life and love it I bought a vintage copy and love it I was so happy to see it on iOS But its so hard to tolerate with all the graphics swirling and bubbles popping and pieces jumping all over the place So unneeded Please add option to turn that off for us nonADD users        Great game awful graphics

I maybe win 1 out of 20 games Not a lot of fun against the computer I would buy the board game instead     AI is impossible to beat

As far as gameplay this is fine It doesnt do any variant rules There are 2 levels of AI I sometimes win and sometimes lose so I guess the AI is not too good and not too bad But the graphical presentation IMO is too much this is not a game that needs the full 3D sparkly bouncy visuals and in fact on my iPod Touch retina I think they interfere with my enjoyment of the game and make it harder to read the board state I suppose that might be less of a problem on iPad The perspective 3D view of the board means that I have to look closely to see where the progress markers are on the far side and having the little cones constantly bouncing up and down doesnt help Also I cant help thinking that all that 3D action is burning my battery 3x as fast as a 2D interface and makes the game take longer to load Now my expectations may have been set to some extent by having previously enjoyed a much more plain vanilla version on my now long gone Palm device But I miss the very clear easy to read visuals of that version           The interface is overdone

Basic game is good and is fun to play The presentation is just terrible Graphic flourishes straight out of a bad 90s PC game So very slow Useless animations seem to slow the game constantly Takes forever to get back to your turn when playing with multiple opponents Clean up the animations or let me turn them off Math and rule errors at times With updates this could be a 5 star game for now only purchase if youve got plenty of patience           Mixed

Way more fun than a simple little press your luck dice game has any right to be Theres not a ton of depth involved but if you love rolling dice and working out odds this thing is a blast                 Lots of fun

I have every single playdek game since they are awesome but this gameevery single game the AI messes up Here is what needs to be fixed so I can change to 5 stars I play with 2 AI players on hard The AI will stop skip turn without even rolling Yes I know as the player that is impossible since the button is not even shown but for the AI it happens to me once a game if not twice The AI will have only more spot to claim a 3rd column and win the game Instead of picking the winning move they pick another move and then loose the next turn Dice combos are not correct I had a game where 11 was closed out and I had 1 active marker on the board leaving me 2 to still place I rolled 6 6 5 5 which means I had a 12 and 10 that I could of played Instead the game said I had no valid moves I downloaded the real rule book to make sure that those dice combos should work I agree with another commentator that the rules should be in the game so the players know how the dice work Dont just say You only get to use the combos that we show you I wanted to know how the combos were created It would not be that hard to expand Playdek please keep the high quality of your games I have seen many games fail due to bad tutorials etc even though the game is great Remember nightfall Im glad you went back and took care of it     AI bugged

The game is a blast but the spinning background makes me nauseas It would be great if there was an option to turn the spinning animation off     Dizzy Graphics

Love this game but really hate it when the computer doesnt let me take legitimate rolls Also weird when the AI skips its turn Im also not a big fan of the whirling dervishestheyre distracting Just too much going on Looking forward to an update           Almost

Its a classic fun game but as others have noted the overdone animation induces nausea from motion sickness Im able to play about half a game before it sets in Provide a setting or two to turn off the jumping pawns swirling background and flashing lights and it will be five stars As it is I give it five and take away two for making me sick           Nausea

The game has been updated to address bugs so Im tentatively adding a star to my rating but Ill have to evaluate the changes thoroughly before knowing for sure If it just accurately captures the feel of the board game without brokennesses its at least a four star game Heres my initial review Bugs Shocked that Playdek submitted this in this condition Its a blast to play multiplayer if you all accept that bugs will mess you up just treat them as random bad luck when they trash your turn You wont have to deal with bugs if you have the physical game but this is a lot cheaper and more portable Also better not be prone to seizures or sickened by saccharine graphics              Buy the board game

I used to play this game with my grandmother I couldnt wait to buy it once I saw it was available Playdek disappoints I have bought all their other games and the online play has been a good experience in all cases However until this gets multiplayer online async multiplayer I cant give it more stars Fix it please           Not bad but needs an update

The game is surprisingly fun I cant wait to try pass and play But lack of async multiplayer an awful rulebook I ended up googling the rules and some design choices prevent this app from reaching its full potential But I would still recommend it           Good Could be better

I loved playing the actual board game when I was growing up and I was excited to see it on the iPad I think it would be more fun to be able to physically drag and group the dice together and count my own numbers instead of it doing the math and giving me my options Part of the fun is watching your opponent miss a play on the board because of calculations or oversights The reason I gave only 2 stars is the spinning background and jumping pieces Its so overstated and makes the game unplayable for me If you are at all motion sensitive do yourself a favor and dont spend the 099 I noticed in the reviews that people have been asking for an upgrade to fix the animation since 2012 so Im afraid its not coming        First thing I did was look for an option to turn OFF animation

I love this game both IRL and on my phone however they still have at least one serious bug I have rolled an option that would help me clear a column and still had a white marker left but the game did not give me the option of that combo That is a huge issue I would include a screenshot if I could to illustrate           A lot of fun but still buggy

Pretty but there are several times that it doesnt give options to choose valid numbers This cost me the game in a couple instances The AI also needs work Once it Stopped before it had even rolled the dice Hopefully the issues will be fixed quickly as Playdek usually does an excellent job of supporting their apps           Nice implementation but has some major flaws

I like the game but the constant movement on the screen jumping cones animation surrounding the board spinning cones and dice rolling is so distracting and eventually gets very annoying I wish there was a way to turn off animations Had an anxiety attack while playing        Too busy

This is the first time Ive posted such a detailed review but this app needs some help The game itself is great I really enjoy it However the art design is pretty bad Looks like the designer used every type of animation she knows on one simple game board Every screen in this app has excessive background animation It hurts an otherwise fun simple board game The game board screen please get rid of the spinning background immediately its literally nauseating Also why the bubbles The jumping and rotating runners can be toned down Once a column has been claimed theres really no need for the cones to continue to jump and flip for the duration of the game the lit up pulsating column is a good enough indicator All other screens all that background animation is just not necessary Less is more The game is a lot of fun If you can handle how busy this version is I would recommend it If they fix the animation and I really hope they do its a fourstar game If they also add online multiplayer it gets five stars Im looking forward to the next update           Marred by excessive animation

Right now Cant Stop falls somewhat short of the excellence it could achieve Asynchronous online play greater variety of AIs better rules and better adding algorithms would go a long way toward bringing this up to the standard set by Lost Cities           Potentially excellent

Needs a way to keep a list of best scores in Time Attack and a way to issue challenges to friends              Faithful Implementation but
