I joined capital bank and have been pleased with everything This app is so simple and easy to use                 Best banking app

This seems like it would be convenient but it is not working           Eye scanning dont work

Had to retake the pic of the back of the check too many times Guess you have to put a piece of paper behind the check It finally worked           At last

No problems really It was a little fussy about the size of the back being the same as the front I had to take the picture of the back 3 times as I got messages like size of the back doesnt match the front then too far from camera My check had been folded and stuck in my pocket so that may have caused it some problems                 Works fine on my first check

Whenever I try to enable eye ID I keep getting an error saying it could not be enabled I tried to set it up by following the target four times and keep getting the same error Also I cannot transfer from my capital bank account to a linked external checking account I would like to see this option enabled within the app also              Good app

So rather than fix eyeprint id with the update you just take it out completely Stupid                 Good app but eyeprint is not working

You really need to add the external account transfers to the app I cant even do it on the www site from my iPad because it needs cookies This is very frustrating because I need to make transfers while maintaining mobility           Nice but needs work

This app used to work perfectly but for the last 2 months it wont load and I cant even get to the login screen     Used to be great

I love this banking app it makes my life so simple I could not image going back to paying bills by paper I love being able to bank 247                 Simple life

I have iPhone 4s App seems to be convenient I havent used it very much yet but what I have used works as designed Would like to see the ability to add echeck accounts Currently only supported on website           Owner

I love this app I especially use it to check my balances and to transfer funds You can view cancelled checks on the app I personally have never experienced any bugs etc Highly recommended                 Handy App

Im bad about forgetting to deposit checks With the mobile deposit I can do it when Im thinking about it Much easier The app worked great                 Very convenient

I love this app but am only giving it 4 stars because it keeps shutting down on me when I try to deposit checks Everything else is great I love the fact that I can transfer money between accounts easily see exactly how much I have in each account Banking is truly made easy If only they will fix the bugs that cause the shutdown for depositing              Needs bug fixes

App is buggy crashes new eye print ID doesnt work Why not use Touch ID like the rest of iOS device apps        Eyeprint ID doesnt work

I find the Capital Bank app very convenient and easy to use Im glad to be able to make mobile deposits                 Very pleased

My rating is on the Info supplied Not a Bug in the Eye Print ID Its a good thing to be able to check in on your account movements My Identity was recently stolen and unauthorized charges made I was able to pick the charges out file a report and Every Single Penny was put back in within 5 Days of put the paperwork in If I had to wait for the Monthly Statement it would have been 3540 days I have just 1 problem with it and that is after midnight my account balance is not correct always shows I have more money than I should But by 9am everything is back to normal Its just the Balance thats off for a few hours the Charges are always spot on no matter when I check And after getting my ID stolen I check Very Very Often KUDOS to CAPITAL BANK for their Quick action and Return of my money 5 Days people the quicker you find out youve been a victim of theft the quicker you can get it taken care of Had I not seen the charges I would have lost a lot more                 GREAT APP

I mainly use this app for making check deposits and use their texting system to track other activity The deposits are easy and successful so far 8 mos 100 of the time Much more than I can say for the huge BOA where Ive given up trying to make deposits A victory for the small bank                 Great bank app
