Your cost after trading in a car worth 10k is not same as your cost if you have 10k to pay down on your loan If the car price is 30k you only pay taxes on 20k if you trade a car in worth 10k If you have 10k in your pocket to apply to the sale you pay taxes on 30k Your calculator gives the same payment value for a trade in as a down payment             Maybe I m missing something wadecollins

Title says it all Dealers do offer Zero percent from time to time and this app should be able to handle the rest of the calculations There is another review that apparently ran into this bug as it will only show 1 lump payment even tho you enter a value for years with a monthly frequency     Doesn t work with 0 interest ThePorge

In the saved loans list you need to also show the amount of interest paid and total paid for each saved loan so you can see them side by side with the other options You also need to better organize the tabs and flows in the app There are a lot of really confusing things happening that take way to much time to figure out what s actually happening             Does the math but a bit confusing to use iapplefanboy

It rounds up percentages I local tax rates e g 0 065 or 0 0675 both got rounded up to 7 That s a big chunk of money miscalculated for a new car loan I had to use Google and recalculate everything I d look at when I did my research Except I was having to do it at the dealer s in the middle of haggling You don t want to be in that position Use something else to calculate possible loan amounts And double check what s taxed in your area This just wasn t accurate     Not this one MadeMeLookUnprepared

Everything was great except what about your trade in payoff amount How are you gonna calculate the sales tax trade in discount without the actual payoff from your old car         Nice but missing 1 crucial part PhotoMan1

I find this app to be very accurate and compares with dealer calculations I have only one issue identified in the customizable options in settings The instructions for entering the start month is not very clear You need to use the number corresponding to the month and not the name of the month for it to work Overall this is by far the best app out there It just needs clarification on customizing the options                 Great Tool Average Options Lebry97
