I always appreciate when old school paper documented visits are digitalized in order to facilitate access to files In this case this app seems to attempt to simplify the process of accessing doctor files but it is such a garbage when it comes to user interface It is completely counterintuitive to find information         Awful Interface D.Cuellar

Registration is great as it replaces traditional paper However it is extremely difficult to impossible to download your lab reports off of the app The app and help section are very limited when it comes to services it only covers registration but everything else needs to be thought out more You can t just build and launch MVP for medical products         Convenient with flaws sunshine5800

Super smooth process from signup through physician follow up post visit Signing up was a breeze App automatically pulled my information from my insurer after I took a photo of my insurance card don t even think I had to enter my name Making an appointment was super easy After I filled out a couple questions about my history and entered my CC info both optional so when I went to my actual appointment I had zero paperwork to fill out Introduced myself to the receptionist was seen by a friendly assistant and doctor walked out Done After my visit I was able to see all of the physician s notes in the app A couple days later they uploaded my test results right into the app along with a message telling me everything was in range If I had any Qs I could just text my doctor right in the app call him and or setup a follow up appointment The whole process was so smooth I m not sure I ll ever be able to go back to the old experience                     Next gen doctor experience sooo convenient MannleDannle

Carbon Health is so convenient The team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable Dr Greg has been awesome It s easy to get appointments and the app is really intuitive and user friendly Even setting up a patient profile is simple I love being able to message a doctor and know whether or not I should schedule an appointment and not have to take half a day off work just to get some basic blood work done                     User friendly app and very responsive doctors Gracekmyers
