I purchased card data recovery and followed the directions outlined in the App store After many failed attempts to get the program to work I reached out to their email support no phone number available This began an email thread that never ended I sent them screen shots and a detailed explanation of how their product wasn t working They then requested that I download an older version of their program which I did and it didn t work either My biggest complaint is the fact their customer service consists of short email responsoses that extend beyone most people s patience levels This just frustrates the customer until they give up I am going to request my money back from the App Store HORRIBLE Email Customer Service harnessteched
