This app is great for those just starting out in fitness or needing direction for a healthier lifestyle However it doesnt provide much for those who are already involved in fitness It would be nice if there was something to do with running techniques different tabata workouts yoga stretches more indepth nutrition information and a place to manually input BMI instead of just weight or waistline I get measured somewhat often by a trainer and it would be much more accurate health indicator than my weight Just a thought        Not made for the athletic
