I love this app I think it works fine its simple I just wish that we could customize a coffee or favorite something That way I can go back to the drink I want if I forget what it is while ordering I wish
This has got to be one of my favorite apps ever By far like its company the caribou app is way better than the Starbucks app allowing you a wonderfully gorgeous and scenic layout with your perks and card management and store locator right at your fingertips Thanks so much caribou You made my day Thank You Caribou
This is app has been handy at times but several times when I try to access my perks account it just goes back to the screen that has me reenter the username passwordvery frustrating Disappointed
Ive just found out that the caribou app Ive been using for about 3 weeks with at least 100 per week in purchases on hasnt been giving me credit for my visit and caribou perks because there is a seperate checkin scan you must do each time you are in line Why Why would you ever make a customers experience MORE difficult and SLOWER on purpose right when they are at the cash register When you go to Starbucks you scan pay and get credit for the amount youve spent So easy Wont be back to the Caribou too many hoops why checkin and payment
So Caribou watches Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts kill it with their apps for years and all they can do is a lite version of those Hoped for better After all this time this is what we get

I be had the app for what a week or two already but every time I see the 1 offer it has said ending today every time with the same product chocolate mini donut muffins It just seems a little unethical or suspicious when they try to grab you in with offer ends today type of bait but they a really arent ending today and there isnt actually a sale or special on them Also I understand that is just might not be possible at this time or a harder thing to code in an app but it would be nice if the payment barcode and the checkin barcode were combined into one Great app guys Could use a few nitpicky improvements

Says it supports Passbook it does notyet Good functionality around managing gift cards Seems like you have to checkin with one scan code and pay with a different scan code Should be combined to one scan code if possible If you can just scan your payment code and that also checks you in that should be made more clear FAQs type right off the page Too much side to side scrolling First Outing
This app is legit Lets you know where the closest bou to you is as well as how many calories are in your favorite drink before you order it anyways Best part about this is the message when you open Gets me every time A great way to start your day Im obsessed Amazing

I gave it 4 stars because it seems well put together However all it is is a tool for Caribou to track you Asks a lot more information than I would like a coffee shop to have Deleted Asks too many questions
This app is a mess I can sign into my account online but not in the app It puts me in an endless please sign out and then back in loop Worthless and why I prefer Starbucks Cant sign in
The app looks great but until then use passbook it will be an app thats never used Its not hard to fix this Horrible need to be fixed asap

I like how the sun moved through the day on the main screen its very easy to connect to your perks account and load the account to pay at the same time Also all you have to do is turn your phone side ways to bring up the bar code to check in and pay I used it yesterday with no problems Im curious to see what happens when I get a perk Like I said fun and functional Fun and Finctional
Its been a long time coming waiting for an app from caribou but I feel this app is still behind the times I see it mentions that it supports pass book but cannot find a way to get it there This first initial login was glitchy telling me that I had made Ganges to my account and to log off and log back in After 5 or 6 times it finally worked It would also be nice to see it work with apple pay to load money into the card Getting these key features will put the app back up at five stars Great app but still missing key features

Ive been trying to sign up for the Caribou Perks app for the last 2 days but I keep getting an error message saying that there was a problem and an unexpected error occurred Its very frustrating because I go to caribou frequently and would like to pay with my iPhone App doesnt work
would love to try the app but it wont let me sign up repeatedly says sorry unexpected error has occurred please try again after trying a few times yesterday and again today Im going to Starbucks where they have mastered their app app sign up issues

Almost entirely unusable with VoiceOver this app has most buttons unlabeled I cant swipe to most content cant access navigation and cant sign in Caribou please fix your app so all users can enjoy it Not accessible with VoiceOver
I was excited to see that Caribou finally had an app downloaded it andwatched it spin endlessly trying to log on Force quit the app and The same Deleted Will stick with Starbucks or a credit card at Caribou when I go Great idea doesnt work
On the one hand Im happy that Caribou got with the times and developed an app On the other hand its not the most convenient to use I dont like that its a two step process to check in and pay when it could be a one step process I would like using this app so much more if I got rewards credit when I paid for my purchase instead of having to check in and then pay Also I forgot my password and had to ask a few times through the app and online before I finally got an email to reset my password It was as if Caribou didnt care for my business Needs work
Should allow funding of the card through in app purchases or apple pay Not a fan of third parties storing my credit card info Plan to look back and add to review after using it The number for the bar code seems very small to debit the card Hopefully that is in addition to the barcode because if the app is popular almost every number would be in use Was at first excited But am disappointed Nice effort but needs more
Finally a Caribou app And its very well done I prefer to pay electronically rather than carry loyalty cards around all the time so this will definitely have me coming in more often than before 5 stars

Be sure to make sure the Caribou location you go to can accept the payment method I made the mistake of loading 25 to my count since I dont have a physical card Now Im out the money and I have to wait until the place I go to gets the right POS setup to accept it I emailed the company yesterday and still have not received a reply Boo Dont add money to it yet
Security is important add Apple pay I wont use this till that is added Also passbook does not seem to be there as it says Add apple pay and passbook
The app definitely looks nice with a clear look and nice branding But there are some key elements missing single step to check in and pay integration with Passbook adding a tip to a payment which does a major disservice to the people working in the coffee shops Also the app takes up a completely ridiculous 130mb in my phone far too much Design over function
How is using this easier than simply giving your phone number to the cashier It would be one thing if the Passbook barcode popped up automatically when at a store like it does for the competition but otherwise it would take longer to launch the app All of the other info was already easily accessible on the mobile site Apparently a focus group said you need an app I dont think they had any idea what that actually meant Exactly why was this needed
Use Starbucks app on your iPhones this is how polished and featurefilled Caribous app should be Ditching this app until you release the homerun version if ever NEEDS WORK

Ive tried numerous times to updatecorrect my phone number but I cant save the changes It keeps telling me to update the gender When I try to do this it still wont save Very frustrating I finally decided to delete the app from my iPhone App is still buggy
