Works really well with a couple drawbacks 1 Please utilize Touch ID on iPhones to allow us to login to the CE store through the app It s a nuisance having to sign in every time I open the store 2 The warranty information is confusing I ve shown an item was still under warranty and gone into a distributor just to find out it wasn t under warranty I don t think it was from incorrect information just my misunderstanding Maybe you could use a green check mark or red x to indicate warranty status next to an itemized list I e compressor parts heat exchanger etc                 Great App FaceTime poppet

When looking up parts on a chiller I found that there is not a cross reference for the old part numbers that cross over to the new part numbers that the reps have No offense to the counter guys but most of them struggle on looking up parts on chillers Also a picture diagram would help out to verify different parts             Found some minor issues Hvac tech 1

I do not recommend this program I loaded it and it did not work I send them a response and heard nothing You would be better off contacting your local parts counter and requesting a PDF from them of what you want and saving it It will take awhile to built a library but you would be better off You will get better support and response Good luck     HVAC service tech Al Butler
