App says loading then crashes Please fix     Cars 2 app mates

Ive purchased the Tokyo but i cannot find this virtual world in the app Please provide the solution Tks        Help need

I was terrified that the toys would scratch my iPad but of course Disney thought of this its a weird experience driving your toys on your iPad but once you get past the initial panic you are blown away by the cleverness of the game Driving through Radiator Springs and interacting with virtual Cars is hilarious All the characters are there and the audio is entertaining The Tokyo addition from Cars 2 was gorgeous but I havent seen anything new since then More content more content                 One of a Kind game

Please help me and answer my answer to this please                 I cant git the game I did deleted it but now I cant git it

I am so beyond angry We have had this game for along time and bought EVERY extra item for our son and now it no longer works on our iPad as we have the original iPad that is no longer able to update software We do not have the funds to upgrade our iPad after only having this for under 3 years I think it is ethically wrong to make this game non functional in older models after it has been purchased Its like stealing     Furious

In 2 weeks I am going to get Tokyo Japan I have more than 12000 hubcaps which means I got all Radiator Springs things I have enough hubcaps for Tokyo Japan things From my 7 year old daughter                 Best Game Ever and I Love It

Scam it dont work with paper lightning McQueen mode he says I am so made for this and he is not he dont move a mussle plz help if i could i would rate negative five stars its a scam they want ur money just to throw it away plz help me he only moves right top and stops     No its a scam

I think that you should be able to go where the construction is paper lightning I also think that you should be able to have more choices on who u want to be and one question where is mator and Sally in the game Other then these thing I love the app I think its so cool to be able to travel rotator spring And how lightning tells you about it Me and my little bother love it My brother loves the movie cars and he is so excited to be able to drive as lightning He would also love it to be able to play as different cars and be able to go into shops We play everyday Whenever we can                 I think

Whats going on with the Digital Store The button is greyed out and doesnt work           Digital Store

Dont bother buying any of the cars for this free App The Cars never work and 90 of the time my son has to play without the car we have     Horrible waste of money

App doesnt work with the AppMATe cars toys Very iffy I had to take my protective case off of the iPad Mini and activate the paper Lightning icon in order to get the toy to work Otherwise the toys are non responsive to the game Horrible     Terrible

Before my holly toy works on ipad but now it doesnt When I use my holly toy now it makes Boy sounds and I dont like that please fix that           1 glitch toy holly

You dont need the car to play You have to put 2 fingers on screen to move virtual car around I have McQueen figure and it doesnt work without your fingers touching screen Cannot give negative stars so only 1 star     Dont need the physical car

Ok I found the answer to all you questions I reinstalled this 5 times and all my purchases where still there this is how 1 go to settings 2 Scroll to the bottom where it says AppMates click on it note you need to save the game in settings if you havent this wont work 3Click On Save Game Profiles 4 The Final Click on which profile you saved the game on then look in the game and all ur data is back                 I REINSTALLED AND ALL PURCHASES ARE GONE FIX

My new iPad only has 51 operating system I cannot load this game and my Grandson loves it Any helpful suggestions              Cannot install

I like this game but you should add more missions And its not fare when you buy a car costs like 199 or 099 put a bonus with it like 100 hubcaps or 200 hubcaps cuz 199 only for a car thats alot of mouny           Maby more

I tried the app mates toys on two iPad mini and the toys were not recognized correctly and was not responsive I redownloaded the app multiple times and still same problem The toys worked fine on the regular iPad2 Very disappointed with the latest version of this app     App is not working with app mates toys on iPad mini

It was working fine till a few days ago Now it opens up for a few seconds on the first screen then closes     App wont open

After the latest update my app on all my devices are stuck on waiting it will not let me open the app on any of my devices my little guy is very disappointed please fix soon this app we really love playing it when it was working properly           Sound effects Not working

I contacted Disney regarding the digital store being greyed out when I downloaded to my sons iPad I have the fix thanks to the Disney folks The Digital Store opens AFTER you play the tutorial level for a bit Also check to ensure your Restrictions Settings General Restrictions has inapp purchases turned on This worked and now my son can continue playing on his OWN iPad instead of mine                 Digital Store unavailable FOUND FIX

First game on my tablet But one of the glitchiest games on it I almost have every item in it I used to have 10000 hubcaps Awesome game                 Pretty dang glitchy

We switched to a newer iPad and the Digital Store including all of our inapp purchases does not work My son does not understand why and frankly neither do I If this gets fixed you would get four or five stars but with this level of customer abandonment zero would be more appropriate     Digital Store not working

March 8 2014 Last night my son was having hard time in playing the appmates due to crashes many times So to my disappointment i have to restart everything i reinstalled all Now looking back to the game after reinstalling all our digital store items that i bought for my son is GONE I PURCHASED FROM DIGITAL STORE TOKYO KABUTO DRAGON LIGHTNING MCQUEEN GRIDLOCK HOLLEY FINN TOKYO MATER BLUE MATER REGULAR MATER FRANCESCO SHU ANOTHER LIGHTNING MCQUEEN IN THE DIGITAL STORE WHICH IS JUST SAME AS THE ONE IN THE PICTURE RIGHT NOW LUIGI FILLMORE NOW IM VERY UPSET BECAUSE ALL OF THE DIGITAL ITEMS WE HAVE IS GONE PLEASE HELP HELP HELP        ALL PURCHASED ITEMS GONE WTh HAPPENED

Update to my previous review about the digital store not working after upgrading to a new iPad Tech support advised to go thru the tour as a new player and complete a couple of missions It works now We are able to restore previous purchases Hope this helps someone else                 Great game for my 4 year old grandson
