i really enjoy this app but there are some things that need to be fixed 1when i have to add a cartoon to a zoomed imagei have to put the cartoon small so it can fit in my face well sometimes i try to move it and i end up tapping it but it zoomes the picture like it was before and i really hate that because i have to zoom it again and its just a waste of time 2there should be a back button when choosing what cartoon you wantso instead of tapping exit you tap back 3More designs and thats it i really hope you change this on the next update                 Good

Okay so the app is maybe geared to kids or at the least not as upscale as others out there but they have a niche and they fill it like no other that Ive seen Update after update after update and always adding more themes My children LOVE this and have a lot of fun Thanks                 This developer is amazing at updating and adding content

Normally these sort of apps just arent my thing but I have to say that I am really having a lot of fun with this I think that this stands out because of the amount of user control including layer order excellent                 Gotta Love It

Theres a glitch I had this app for around 2 years now and it never failed me But when I try to touch an object it just goes right to what it just was Although the solution is easy just go to the home page and click on it again itll refresh it gets frustrating I used to love this app Bring it back        Um

I really like this App but it would be even better if you could adjust the text size Or even better if the text you type is automatically resized to fit inside a word balloon        Fun App

This app has a lot of features but it jyt doesnt work properly i think the people who have made this app needs to change someone things and fix it There is deffinetley bugs in this app If whoever changes this app and makes it not have bugs then i would recommend you get this app But untill now it works very poorly when i click on a feature it wont pop up Thanks whoever reads this     Recommend you dont get it

This app hasnt been touched by developers in ALMOST 2 years I reviewed this app on Dec 26 2009 which was around the time when the last update was released People have been complaining for the longest and now you wanna update OK thats cool you wanna update it because of the reviews but you wanna update it TO WORK WITH iOS 4 iOS 5 comes out next week How about updating it to work iOS 5 So what might happen next week when iOS 5 comes out it might not work again How stupid        What do you mean update

I loved this app and I used to use it all the time but now it has too many bugs I wouldve given it more stars     Needs to be fixed

Interface is great easy to use and just plain fun Quality graphics and quality output No issues                 Very Fun

I used to have similar application on my SE mobile but this is way better There are many different items you can put on your photo and best thing is they are easily modifiable You can change its size angle color so you dont need to adjust photo so it fits items but you adjust items so it fits photo Thanks to this easy modification system you have plenty of options ane you can use every frontfacing picture New items are being constantly added and I think that kids will love this and with some patience and skill you can create your own comic                 lets create your own comic or at least make fun with pictures

So much fun unbeleivabley fun if you have an iPod touch you need a background app so you can get pictures It does need dirty mouths and maybe mouths blowing bubblegum but thats just me                 Awsome

Not sure what the deal is but when we click on an item such as a thought cloud then go to hats we still get thought clouds In order to reset it so we can add something else we have to reboot the whole phone not just the program This happened on my phone 3g and also my ipod touch On the ipod we selected Christmas first then on anything else we tried to do it came up Christmas Shame looks like it was once a cute app     duckie2u

Very sad This app was my favorite but is now all buggy Selections dont work or wrong selections pop up when u make a selection If they update it I would recommend it     Would not download not working

I gotta say that this has to be the easiest app Ive ever used Love it love it A complete noob can pick it up and add neat little effects on a pic in 5 mins For a buck you cant go wrong                 Perfect little App

Sure to be a hit I love it Normal programs like these cost a huge amount of money but the fact that you can decorate your pics with hundreds of accessories and save them with no trouble at all a buck is a steal                 One word amazing

Well worth the money has loads and loads of costumes to add to dogs cats people etc has lots of thought bubbles very easy to use Great for emails to brighten up someones day The devs keep it updated also BUY IT                 Great Camera App

Love the app Even old people can have fun with this the bar But where are the birthday cartoons Birthday stuff seems to be the obvious stuff needed and it isnt included           Where R the Birthday hats and stuff

I think they should make a beatles section like they did for Elvis and they should put the moptop hairdo and Paula guitar and stuff like that would make this app waaaaayyyy better But its still awsome                 Great app sooo funny
