If you are iPad owner,you now can download CCC ONE Tablet for free from Apple Store. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 13.4 MB to download. The new CCC ONE Tablet app version 1.0 has been updated on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. At the very least it would be great to also have the ability to check Vehicle Options Right now I have to use my Surface Pro 4 with CCC ONE Touch Which is ok but requires me to use my mobile hotspot since our wifi doesn t reach out that far So if the Options feature could be added I could ditch the Surface and use my iPad which would save me a ton of time Especially on days when I have to do 3 total losses             Decent upgrade from iPhone version but needs work Ben.Filer

App lets you open it put in your pin then instantly closes Our iPads were set to auto update as the app claims to support 8 and higher Now we re all out of our iPads until a fix is provided     Does not work on ISO 9 AB manager

I manage a major MSO shop for Gerber Collison I use the full version of CCC One I would love to be untethered from my desktop and have access on my iPad to as much info I can get able to write estimates car side Review edit Production schedules Customer experience get reports for daily huddles Please update ASAP Please consider packing this app full I believe it would be a VERY wise decision     NOT iOS 9 compatible need estimate writing capability Brandon W Brown

The thought of using my iPad to write Claims sounded amazing But after downloading this app I am unsure of what benefit I have using the iPad It would seem the only thing that I have the ability to do is take pictures and add them to my file Wouldn t it be a little more convenient if I could do that through my phone         I m not exactly sure why this exists CrewsMachine

Can t change the vehicle status for production updates during daily walks which would be a HUGE benefit Can t write estimates I used the CCC ONE touch app on a win8 tablet and I can still take notes and write it at my computer faster At least they are making an attempt Once I open a new RO I go to the car with my phone ccc app for checkin photos which saves me from having to maintain a camera and photo files         Kinda useless gawkgawk

While I love that I can scan the bar code and upload photos real quick it would be so much better if I could write the estimate from my ipad as well I m not thrilled that to do a mobile estimate I need to buy a windows tablet too or go in the office to type one up I m hoping that soon they ll adapt an app for ipad to do it all         Need estimate writing capability jodiarch

I don t know if you guys spit this out and fell asleep at the wheel or what You have laid the groundwork for something that could be amazing but then that s it If I scan a vin then I should be able to choose whether or not it picks an old job or not I can t start a new file from the app if the vin is already in the database That needs to be fixed ASAP I have a bunch of repeat customers In my opinion scanning the vin should not be a requirement to open an opportunity Start like we do in the office at the workstation Name first address phone number insurance company then hand the tablet to an estimator to go out and scan the vin The app is backwards I would also like the ability to draw a circle around damage in a photo That should have been added a long time ago to the desktop version too Also the ability to sign an electronic authorization to work pay would be ideal And of course we need the ability to write an estimate at the vehicle         needs a lot of improvement Duke Lauw

My experience with the app has been good so far It has crashed a few times on a 3rd gen iPad Given that this is basically the first version I think we can expect that will be better in future updates What I would like to suggest is the ability to scan the vin in drp files not just for a new estimate I think it would be great to write estimates and edit them but that would take some serious work to implement I would also like to see the computer side software recognize updated info from the iPad without having to save and close the file on the computer Also when taking photos the app does not rotate The camera of course will but when I finish the picture my screen is upside down Because of the cameras location I find it necessary to rotate the iPad because my finger covers the lens while being able to press the shutter button So in conclusion I would like 1 Improvements on memory management to reduce app crashes 2 Ability to scan vin into a DRP assignment 3 Better synchronization between computer and tablet 4 App screen rotation 5 Estimate totals Hours and costs                 Great start Nickg4c17

it wouldn t take much more for me to give this a 5 star rating 1 we need to be able to write estimates 2 we need to be able to automatically pull up DRP assignments when we decode a VIN 3 we need popups for messages 4 we need the ability to store information locally on the ipad in case connection drops in the middle of an estimate 5 enable airprint 6 built in pdf converter for the camera ok i guess it would take a lot for me to give a 5 star rating keep up the good work                 getting better CollisionConsultant

Okay first off I d like to applaud CCC One for making a tablet app This has the potential to make auto body appraisals much easier and more mobile as well as easily accessible for the employees who can then access the database anywhere they have Internet access HOWEVER The inability to write estimates within the app is a serious downfall As a dedicated collision center with 20 repair bays 3 top of the line paint booths multiple mechanics and a full hand detail department we are always striving to go above and beyond in both innovation and in customer service We LOVE CCC One as our software and were thoroughly excited for this to show up but it s definitely a disappointment that we cannot write estimates within the app             Almost doesn t count JRyanWVU

After doing the update for the vin to be scanned on my IPad 2 it still does not work Really need this this feature work that the reason why I got this so I could just scan and go Maybe you can have a button that an be pushed on the side to take a pic and it scans it             Vin still won t work Espie06

Just wish the would get the future right Scanner doesn t work on my iPad 2 Most importantly I need this to start a new customer in the same way I would if I was at my computer starting with the customer name etc same flow as the windows program not sure why we are not getting this but it has to happen eventually they should do it sooner than later As a management tool it s fine and is much improved from the phone app Tablets are the future and will be the only computer we have eventually First one in wins so put your resources into tablet control and get that working and you will win Will get 5 stars once I can just talk to it to enter a new customer and it gets it right PS I deleted a file photo some how and I don t think this should be something you can do from the iPad leave that to the computer it s not necessary on the iPad             This is the future Supertoy812

I give this 2 1 2 stars but I can t get it to do a half mark lol App works well it s not as fast as the program you assess from your phone the screen doesn t swivel to the upright position it s only in the landscape position personally I think the upright position would be easier to use You can t write an estimate however if this program could do that it would be awesome But other than that it works well especially if you are offsite need to do a quick update to the notes or upload a photo or just check on a vehicles process J W ABC Body Shop             Works good Jracer12
