Every time I try to use it closes I m using an iPhone 6     Can t use it 2 a day

I was having issues with the app crashing on every start I deleted and reinstalled the app and it is performing well again I have been able to select multiple pictures and send them without any trouble                 Improved after reinstall JustAnotherAvidListener

For a frame and service you pay for to be unable to upload to it is just a shame I m feeling ripped off big time What a hassle that every time you try to upload the app closes on you I m ready to look for another digital frame company     App Shuts Down During Upload Less Stressed Mom

Months I have waited for a fix to the continual problem of trying to download and then having the app crashed on me I have not been able to upload anything for several months A few moments ago I was able to upload one old picture but anything recent simply causes the program to crash This should not be rocket science If you can t make the app work then at least fix it so we can send photos over the web     Rip off TonyDW

I have found this app to be a useful easy and reliable way to get my iPhone iPad photos onto my Ceiva frame Admittedly the early versions had some problems but my experience using the later versions has been great I use this app mostly on my iPad original iPad Air and now an iPad Pro and have not experienced any of the crash problems so many people seem to be having OK maybe once or twice Additionally the times that I have used the app on my iPhone 6 I have not experienced any regular problems either The only regular crash problems I have found happen when accessing the camera through the app which in my opinion is a pretty useless feature anyway so who cares On both my iPad and iPhone I can see previously sent photos and I can select multiple photos and send them with no problems I don t mean to belittle the folks who seem to be having so many problems but it really seems like they are using a different app then the one I m using                 Does what is meant to do BCsJazz

I have been with Ceiva for over 5 years now it s almost impossible to upload pictures to the frames Huge dissapointment Their iPhone app is so awful it crashes every single time I try to upload even just 1 picture Very sad for the price I pay for the subscription to the frames and now can t even upload pictures to them We have 4 people in the family who have frames Get with it Ceiva This is ridiculous     Awful Suuuper Fun game!!!!!

Bought this as a gift for my 85 yr old in laws who have 11 kids and many many grands and great grands Pappy and Grandmother LOVE getting up each morning and looking at their Magic Frame The initial set up was easy with the frame I did have some issues getting everyone to use the link to set up But once everyone put the app on their phone it works like a charm I also love the options to customize the pictures it allows us to type in names on the pictures Great Great Great                 Easy to use Izzyisbeth

I have been a Ceiva customer for years It is the only product out there that will let me send pictures to grandparents with no tech skills It is likely not a huge market but please please please take pride in your work If you scroll too fast it crashes if you try to send more than 50 pictures it crashes You get the idea Basic stuff Take some pride and fix the issues please     Bug a palooza mistabank

The frame is a great idea but useless in execution because the app is so buggy I ve had it for months and keep it updated but it crashes every time Every Time Now it won t send photos at all it crashes while uploading Seriously Ceiva get some developers on your payroll This is so completely beyond ridiculous that it deserves a class action lawsuit     Awful AnnegirlRX

CEIVA Where was your head when you did away with the old application and substituted for this CEIVA snap This CEIVA snap application stinks to the highest heavens I used to enjoy sending photos to my mothers frame and adding birthday frames around it or celebration frames or nature frames or whatever was relevant to the picture that I was posting to her frame Now you re stuck with this stupid idiotic Application of CEIVE snap Are you kidding me How could you ever choose this over what we used to have There s no creativity here what so ever it s Jake s please bring back the old application for those of us who used to enjoy posting pictures to our frames You ve taken away all the fun     One star for this application Dizzymerink

As long as I use the pictures that I have in my albums I am fine but if I go to use the pictures on my iPhone it knocks me right out of the app It worked fine for a long time but just has recently done this I have deleted the app and reinstall that at least five or six times             App keeps knocking me out Softballmom1960
