The new Cellcom Navigator app version 5.29.27 has been updated on 2014-11-20. With my iPhone all set up with a CellCom sim I had high hopes for this app But alas despite the app store notation that it is in English it is of course in Hebrew That s fine since most users will be Israelis For a long term repeat tourist like me though I needed English right from start up one has no way to know how to set the language of the app So despite my high hopes this was totally worthless to me If you go to the CellCom support site you can have it in Arabic Russian or Hebrew but no option again for viewing English help I m not averse to learning languages and speak several modern ones reading quite a few ancient ones But I don t happen to have modern Hebrew under my belt I wish that there was at least a readme file that explained how to set the language if that s even possible Israel is an extremely English Friendly place but I found CellCom to be the opposite Nothing in English no way to choose English Think of how in the US help lines often start with For Spanish Speaking Customers touch 2 No dice So beware unless you can navigate windows in Hebrew this won t be a bit of good for you     Couldn FrustratedTourist
