I play cello ive been playing cello for 3 years now And i can tune my cello by ear but i sometimes need to hear A and this app is amazing It doesnt glitch and it also has the letter names of the note according to string So if you dont have your cello with you you can just tap the note like D or idk and it plays it ive played songs on there before but this is by far the best I highly recommend it to you It works and helps beginners intermediate and can even assist professionals You should get it Peferction

I teach orchestra and loved this app and have recommended it to my students I was very disappointed when the octave toggle button disappeared though Its sometimes hard to hear the lower strings especially the C and being able to sound them up an octave made it much easier and worked for tuning violas too Please bring back the octave button Better before the update
But somewhat confusing It only sounds like a robot with the second and third options Click the first jagged looking yellow option thing for it to sound like a cello Its really good
There came a time when I accidentally broke my tuner and when I couldnt go to the store to get one immediately I found this app on the App Store It works amazing despite what other comments say And I also want to clear up some past confusion by others whom are considering getting this app it does not tell you if your cello is out of tune it only plays the note it should be Therefore this should be used by intermediate cello players who know how to tune a cello by ear In the end nothing beats an old fashioned Snark tuner by SamAsh Amazing Amazing App

This is an extremely handy app if you play cello love to improvise and need a reference for notes Its great to have out when teaching a lesson or practicing It has a drone for all the important notes to tune to it has every full scale up to one octave and a metronome Its amazing that its free Best Tuner Ever
This is HORRIBLE I need one that is easy I tried using it and all of my strings fell off thing Aw it
This app is so much more than a tuner and metronomeBTW which are nicely handled The scales feature is awesome Literally just dial in whatever scale you want to see and hear and it is there before you Very well done
