Pros It helps you monitor your status quickly if you re away from your computer Cons Uploading from a picture image is a hassle I recommend downloading Tiny Scanner in correspondence to email the document to yourself in pdf and then uploading the pdf to the CastleBranch website from your own computer Uploading pictures from your phone also causes frequent errors during the image processing which isn t entirely bad but you will have to submit your pictures again         App image crop unreasonable Gliease

This is a terrible app As noted by other users the photo option defaults to an unsizeable square that cuts off part of the document the document section never loads and times out the help button is for decoration because none of the topics work page cannot be loaded Why even have the app It s better to just scrap this app     Scrap this app tee-el

Can only take square photos cause you know all documents are square so it s pretty much worthless but at least I can upload from my iPhone to the app because I can t upload anything from any computer to the app so I basically still give everything to my school of nursing which defeats the purpose of this company all together         Pretty much useless Dy-Anne

You can upload documents through the app You take a pic but then for some odd reason they force you to select a small square portion of the pic you took so you lose 25 30 of your document in a lot of cases it makes your document invalid I don t have any freaking idea why they thought this would make sense Other than that it s a great app for monitoring your account and various due dates etc But they seriously need to have someone who isn t an absolute moron remove the small square selector thing they have for uploading pics from your phone         Good to monitor your stuff BAD for uploading Phil87542afgjk

The camera to take pictures of documents to upload is oddly shaped and awkward It should be able to take a picture of a 8 5 x 11 paper with ease but it cuts off the bottom of the document It is difficult to take a picture of the whole document unless you take it from very far away         Needs improvement Aliciamja
