Although this app is simple there are a couple of things to know There are two main sections Quick Balance is the meditation section with music so be sure your sound is turned on for this part Chakra Focus is the study section with text about each chakra and you must click and grab the text area with the mouse to scroll up and down for reading Now you are ready to fully enjoy this lovely meditation balancing and learning experience Very nice Bjojones

I thought this would make a nice addition to my collection of meditation tools but the app appears to do nothing I can t figure out how to go anywhere beyond the first three screens shown above and there is no sound I thought this was going to be a type of meditation guide for the various chakras Does not seem to be an intuitive app Disappointing Barefoot Sensei
