I would have given 5 stars if this app would not only count the number of characters but let me know the number of sms that Im actually sending Nevertheless this is good enough at least for a free app Bravo to the developer I guess this is one app iphone users need most What a shame for apple to not include this feature in any of their updates A decent yet useful app
You cant actually send a text from this ap but simply copy it and paste it into your Messages iphone ap and send Yea its a few seconds more time but worth it This way i KNOW its not being broken up into multiple msgs on the receiving end This is one of those very useful apps i use every day now So simple AND functionable So Easy Simple
I found this app to be great at what it does It counts up rather than down like some other counters which means that you can use it for more than just 140 character text messaging It has a nice option to automatically paste whatever you have on the clipboard to the app whenever it starts up This is useful for when you want check and see if your text from some other app has enough characters Its an easy simple app that just works Good simple app
The whole reason to do a character count is to see how many SMS messages you are sending Because this app lacks this it is utterly WORTHLESS TERRIBLE Useless

I know there is no character limit when texting between iphones But when texting others there have been times when Ive wondered if Ive gone over the 160 character limit as I dont want to have my message split up and sent as two texts This app solves the problem of the missing built in character counter in the iphones native text app Great idea
I was looking for this app due to the missing feature on the iPhone It also works on landscape mode Thanks to the author Suggestion I would like to have a history of texts typed Simple but effective
If the app had separate character count sections for each type of social media network For example Twitter allows 140 characters max The app could tell us when we go over that depending on the social media network In addition for those worried about cut off texts or paragraphs there would be a preview button So we can see exactly how it looks once posted For example Facebook posts that are too long have see more written at the end Thanks for reading You Know What Would Be Awesome
You can type your text in to this app or in the app you plan on using to send your message and just copy and paste between them great app Works great
Works for what I need it to making sure Google Voice txts arent split into multiple msgs way better than Word Counter that I tried before Other than Apple integrating a character counter into their txts emails which they really ought to have this is the next best thing Works
