So I cant use the app because I want a different theme for my icons Get over yourselves chase Im using my Amex card until this ridiculous restriction is removed Learn how jail breaking works before you block it for a safety issue     Blocked for jailbroken users

Why wouldnt this functionality be integrated with the existing Chase mobile app     Should be integrated with existing app

Keep telling me my device is rooted or jailbroken I do not even know how to do any of those This app is ridiculous     I cannot even use this app

I wanted to be able to pay my bill with this app but you cannot All you can do is redeem rewards which is nice But thats all the app does The web site does the same thing        Easy but simple maybe to simple

I like the app but it should support Passbook for electronic gift cards If it did that I would give it five stars           Good appneeds passbook support

Its ironic that the app is called freedom yet it doesnt allow you to run it on a jail broken device This is a waste of space on my phone and extremely disappointing     Awful

My phone is not nor has its we been jail broken Every time I try to open the app I am greeted with a message saying for security reasons I cannot sign into the app with a rooted or jail broken device ITS NOT JAILBROKEN Oh well What did I expect for free     Rooted or jail broken

I have a credit card through Chase and I downloaded this app hoping it would save time and paper When I tried to login it didnt give me an option to create a login username or password I ended up deleting the app Very disappointed     Cant even login

Downloaded it so that I wouldnt have to go through regular chase app or website to make my payment every month and its not even an option smh On the plus side I can activate rewards and use rewardsthats the only reason I gave it any stars        Doesnt work like other cc apps

Im surprised there isnt a way to convert the points weve earned into a generic pre paid card within the app Some people just dont care about Nike and bestbuy and want to use the points on regular purchases        Why not

I typed in my account information and was unable to log in after several attempts I deleted this app shortly thereafter     Cannot log in

My other credit cards have better apps and you get discounted gift cards why would I redeem my points for full price gift cards when I can get statement credit Selection is terrible too     Useless

My Discover app allows me to do everything this app does PLUS everything the other Chase app does Why make things more cluttered and difficult to use     Why is this a separate app

Chase your app is telling me my phone is Jailbroken when it is not SAD to say the least Is chases security so poor that it cant handle a jailbroken phone Or even worse blocking phones that are not Jailbroken Blocking JB phones cuts your market share by 30 right off the top and knowing your app is blocking maybe 10 to 15 more due to false JB detection Not good and really not smart WOW     Phone not Jailbroken

Why dont you have local offers my BofA card and Amex give me deals at local stores and restaurants cash back For example if I go to a specific restaurant in their local offers page they might have a deal for 15 off of a 50 purchase thats reflected as an instant statement credit I also see them for gas stations all the time with my other cards like fill up 25 or more and get 5 off in a statement credit right away Chase needs to implement offers like these into their cards Also everyone is now providing free Fico scores with the cards and yet Chase doesnt do that either with the Freedom Finally why not integrate this with the regular Chase app Its redundant and fragmented to have two separate apps for the same card     Competition has more to offer
