Crashes every hour or so Just bought this today and it s crashed 4 times already under very low demand never more than one visitor at a time I m pretty sure it s not a matter of old or too few resources I m running OS X Yosemite on Macbook Pro retina 2 7GHz quad core Intel Core i7 Turbo Boost up to 3 7GHz 16 GB DDR3 750 GB Flash storage NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB So I give up Don t waste your time or money Stick with the free included web interface that comes with LiveHelp and already has everything this app does     Awful Stick with the web app amlcf

Really needs an update and functionality equal to the windows application is needed Disappointed I had to pay for this and have had zero updates Nice start definitely not as well rounded and feature rich as the Windows app Some windows won t close visitor details normally will not close and have to exit out of the program and reopen     Not quite like the windows app RikT

Much easier to use than the windows app but gets locked up and unresponsive after a short time of running It s like the earlier poster said it bogs down It stops responding during the middle of a conversation and you have to quite the app and reopen it for it to start working again I hope they address this and update it soon This is MUCH preferred over the Windows client Great work on UI but please fix whatever causes it to fail during normal use             Great UI but stops working during chats allnicnamesareused
