Found the price I wanted for my trip Will use again                 Beautiful App

Went through the trouble to install this app and use it to book a flight After going through the entire process of booking entering my information and credit card number I tried to execute the booking and an info box popped up with a statement to try again later Waited a few minutes tried again and got the same message again Gave up and used the website without any problems I hate to waste my time on useless apps              Not worth downloading

Cannot schedule a round trip flight for same day As a business traveler I need this option It works on the iPhone version           iPad version just OK

Unfortunately the app shows the splash page and then disappears I am using ipad2 and have the latest app version iOS 511     App does not even open

My friend and I were booking a flight at the same time on two different devices for a flight on Friday the 20th We both purchased our tickets and we both get a confirmation for WEDNESDAY THE 18TH What the hell We both were looking at each others purchase be for actually buying to make sure were getting the same flight and it was correct So I called CheapOAir customer service to ask the what the heck happened I was concerned because the confirmation email was saying it was non refundable After explaining the situation to the customer service rep he begins with So sir what you failed to notice was that your flight information was updated due to the tickets no longer being available So when you put in your billing information it was for that different day Okay 1st Why the hell would the application update my flight information to a completely different day that I requested Instead of oh I dont know THE TICKET YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE Crazy idea I know 2nd my formed and I both looked at each others iOS devices making sure were getting the same flight at the same time on the same day before purchasing 3rd and what had me more upset than the the actual transaction blunder YOU FAILED TO NOTICE I FAILED to notice SCREW YOU Come on man what kind of customer services that Thats not how you talk to people in the retail and customer service world I wish i had the gentlemens name but I feel that Greg was not his real name CheapOAir needs to have there customer service reps spend an entire shift at an Apple Store to get educated on how you enrich the customer experience Id put zero stars if I could Garbage     CheapOAir CheapOService

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY I booked through them and after my wife paid to upgrade her seat they switched her flight with no refund Then on the return trip information was not shared correctly between CheapOAir Delta and Air France and it took 3 hours at the airport to get her ticket issued She nearly missed her return flight and was very stressed out It was awful     DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I havent used this app but i have used their web site and it is exceptionally easy to use I have booked 4 separate trips using the web site If the app is as well designed as the website you cant go wrong using it The design is easy to read understand and use                 Exceptional design

If you have any choice at all do not use Cheapoair for International travel I have literally been stranded twice now where I had a confirmation from Cheapoair for a flight only to find they had not ticketed with the air line I had to repurchase the tickets at the airport at 4 times the price I have attempted to call customer support several times whilst on the road all I get is the run around Save yourself a lot of headaches do not use Cheapoair     International Disaster

I wish that I would have read these reviews before I used this app Just like the others an alternate date was selected for a trip and I didnt notice until days later So of course there was no refund or change without paying alot of extra money So dont use unless you are paying attention to every little detail or you have money to throw away Good prices though        Two thumbs down

This is the second time booking using cheapoair The first time was for one traveler and everything went great I just booked a family vacation for July 2 of the 4 tickets had to have insurance because of the possible need to cancel I hope things go ok Kind of nervous now I tried to use the 247 chat 4 times It kept disconnecting me I called the customer service number 3 times to be on hold at least 30 min each time with an end result of nobody ever answering     So far Nervous

The socalled 247 live support doesnt work at all I tried it and there was no response after 30minutes Very disappointing     247 live support ISNT live
