Ive been fat my whole life and im only 15 Ive used it various times and after it I feel confident and energized and dont want to overeat for like 20 minutes then I go right back to my old ways     Didnt work

Fell asleep to this and woke up in a weird nightmare Havent had any in years and this one was scary I guess it put me in a really deep suggestive state of sleep           Weird experience

I love the guy who does these and what he talks about It doesnt feel cheesy and I am able to visualize and relax deeper than with other hypnotists Also the video and audio quality is outstanding BUT I have downloaded this ap multiple times after purchasing to try and get the gold buy button to go away and it wont Redownload is the only advice their tech staff will give once with a comment of I thought we fixed that Nope Also reviewer is right about it not shutting down With my other mindifi aps they will play with screen off but this one wont Major battery drain for all night           Feels Very Effectivebut tech problems

While the hypnosis part is fine the app has issues For one thing if the audio is telling you to close your eyes why is the display on Furthermore as previously stated the app does not allow the phone to shutdown which leaves the display on and your battery life shortened These are not huge programming issues but you a user it is big        Has issues

I havent started using the weight loss program yet but am totally loving the one for helping sleep issues It has helped me 100 i can only hope the weight loss hypnosis is as effective                 True help for insomnia

I really like this app That being said I still think there is always room for improvement This app could improved by providing more than just pause treat the recording like any other sound file on my phone by giving it more controls Maybe let us skip the long drawn out into after weve heard it a dozen times and get to the actual file I dont get the purpose of the picture on my screen either my eyes are closed anyway It would be awesome if the app ran in the background allowing me to hit the close button on my phone to reserve power whilst my session is playing I woke up the other day with an act remedy hot phone and a drained battery after using the app to go to sleep This is very VERY DANGEROUS Sure I slept great but was mad my phone was drained or possibly damaged from the app running hot all night Sure I could plug it in but then I would need a second cord and adapter and it still doesnt address the phone getting so hot does it PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE        Great Potential but has issues

I love this app I purchased the full set The exercise apps have helped me to change my mindset about exercise The weight loss apps have helped me have a clear vision of myself and the craving buster app has taught me ways to handle unnecessary cravings I am on the Weight Watcher food plan I exercise daily This app is the glue that makes it stick                 IT WORKS FOR ME

Based on the reviews I was looking forward to this but as soon as I heard his voice and the music behind it I was turned off completely Neither the speaker nor the music are hypnotic and he keeps breaking in to the script with describing hypnosis while he keeps coming back to find out if youre still looking at a point on the wall Thats as far as I got before deciding not to waste my time so the app is now deleted There are better ones out therecheck out the ones with a pretty blue and white icon does have a hypnotic female voice and music to match This one needs a lot of work preferably by somebody who is familiar with hypnosis because this app creator is not     Male voice speaks too fast music not hypnotic

I look forward to my next session This is a Quality product                 So relaxing

So I have actually gained weight since using this app so it does not work great for losing weight But it does put you to sleep so works for insomnia I guess        Not so effective for weight loss

I wouldnt say its the best because I havent tested many hypnosis apps but using this really does make me relaxed and feel good about myself it encourages me to reach the goals I had been too lazy to do before I can actually become so relaxed I tend not to notice the soreness from weight lifting the day before which is a major plus Id recommend this to everyone who wants to kick start their motivation for a new healthy lifestyle                 It actually works

I really like this but cant use it because it blocks my phones morning wake up alarm I was going to purchase more but since this is useless to me I decided not to waste my money Its a shame really because I do think it helps over all           Late for work again

You have no Idea how relaxed I was when I listened to the first audio recording Ive never felt a bigger state of serenity than I have been since I listened to this I would buy the other recordings if the price was lowered a little moreOther than thatthis is a perfect app                 My lordwhat an awesome app this is

Ive tried a couple of different weight loss hypnosis products I like to have different ones to mix it up a bit I find they can work for me I do like this one I found it easy to listen to and fell into it right away although its a bit long Having done this before I find it easier to get to a relaxed state so I would love it if there were a quicker version 40 minutes is a bit long              Well done

I dont know about the weight loss part but it relaxes me and helps with insomnia Also seems to make me sleep more solid and I feel better when I wake              Puts me right to sleep

I have used the weightloss app and find it really makes a difference I now stop and consciously ask myself if I am truly hungry before I start nibbling and most of the time I find I am not and just drink a large glass of water instead                 Very helpful

Wow Ive owned a lot of hypnosis books and CDs in the past but never had much luck with them I just listened to the first hypnosis audio and LOVE it The speaker was able to get me into a really deep meditative state and I was able to imagine myself thin The awareness of food and the fact that sugar could be the reason Im not losing weight is crucial Ive been working out for a year and a half 56 days a week running 12 miles a week and have only lost 52 pounds yet have been unable to give up my almost daily intake of a little sugar I cant wait to listen to this app again                 Eyeopening no pun intended

This really is a great app Im excited to buy the full weight loss package I dont see the comments of my previous review however it stated that there should be no counting in the middle of the intro session because it was waking me up I didnt hear the same counting with the quit smoking law of attraction etc But I was wrong There is the same counting in the others but those sessions hypnotized me so well that Id never gotten that far to where I actually remembered it Im amazed by how quickly I go under in response to the speakers voice and suggestions He is truly a master of this science I highly recommend all of the Mindifi apps                 Rereview

I was really skeptical about trying this app but a friend suggested it and had had luck with it I started with the free hypnosis track but have since bought the whole unfortunately expensive set It really had worked great for me Id definitely recommend to others                 It ACTUALLY does work

Love all the Mindifi apps but wish it would shut off upon completion because I use the app to fall asleep to at night and because it doesnt shut off I wake up to my battery being half dead              Wish it shut off after use
