What is the point of this app It performs the same functions as an innate piece of plastic but requires entry of credit card details Why Why require the use of the app in order to obtain rewards This means a 1213 salad has no discount Too pricey at that level Bring back the old system This will lose you customers     Bad idea

I expected that Id be able to place an order for pickup on my phone Not the case Even if the app did have that functionality its not even locating the Chopt two blocks down from me which has been open I know for at least a year now I live in DC where we have numerous Chopt locations and some of the NYC shops are popping up in my top 10 list Kinda ridiculous It seems that updating the app for customers optimal use isnt worth their time        Not much use out of this

I love chopt and go regularly frequently traveling all the way from Brooklyn so a loyalty program is super enticing But not the way this one is run The app says you can use it to pay at ALL chopt locations so naturally I left my card at home Not the case They dont take it at the Union Sq location An app should not advertise total support for paybyapp at all locations when its not the case Thats 15 spent that wont count towards rewards points now The functionally just isnt there yet Some places take the card only Union Sq and some take only the app will not scan the card new SoHo location this is crazy and confusing dudes Lets get some consistency going I hope the apps usability improves over time           Cmon guys

App is basically only good for paying and delivering advertising and you can pay in store with a credit card and skip the advertising App has a menu but user cant do anything with it App should allow ordering for pickup Limited functionality makes this app a waste of space on your device        Limited functionality

Card migration in app didnt work for me I ended up losing all my points and I had a lot Now I tried to migrate again with new card I got and it doesnt even recognize my new card at all Whats the point of a rewards app when you cant ever get rewarded     Really Really Bad

Basically a data mining tool Dont use if you have any concerns about privacy or credit card information     Give Chopt my credit card info

WHY I cannot pay using my phone as my job provides me with an expense card so now I also can no longer earn rewards It was bad enough that the Spring St store uses Level Up instead of the cards Why not have a physical card as an option to payearn points like Starbucks or a card to earn rewards but allowed to pay with a different tender like Subway Unfortunately I will not be using this app     Noooooo

It is ridiculous that the developers would create an app that forces you to pay with an appphone in order the obtain loyalty points I prefer to pay with cash and I was informed by the workers at the 40th Street location that if I pay with cash I would not get credit This is STUPID Please do something about this ridiculous idea        App has potential BUT

Sometimes people might not want to pay with a credit card     More then one way to pay and receive points NEEDED

Dont use this app You can no longer use your Loyalty Card to get Loyalty Points now you have to use the Chopt App to get your points The only problem with this is you have to pay for your purchase through the app You can not use cash or a credit credit card payment has to be through the app If a company as big as Target cant protect customers credit and debit cards how does Chopt think they can protect my money Really Chopt No cash Get it together     Poor

I went to the trouble of putting in my credit card information and email address only to be asked the same information on the last screen and getting an error Doesnt work     Poor app

This app is a joke I shouldnt need to give you my credit card number to get rewards Im trying to buy a 10 salad not rent a Uhaul It takes me less time to whip out my credit card than unlock my phone and open the app And just using my physical credit card is 1000 times more secure Do not use this bloated app     You dont need my credit card number

Chopt replaced a great loyalty program with an expensive and insufficient gimmick Chopt just lost a long time customer due to this gimmick and perpetually rising prices Hope they come to their senses on this one     BS ap chopt lost a customer

I love the restaurant and preach to all my friends about how amazing it is The app needs work though If I want to pay with cash I wont get credit for a purchase through the app You should also be able to add gift certificates to the app for use Isnt stopping me from coming back but these updates should be made        Needs improvement

Finally I can pay track my frequent Chopr points get nutritional information on my iPhone whats vegan now I know without having to ask It takes all of 3 seconds to pay at the register Super quick and easy Whats not to love                 Salads Savings

The true functionality of this app is still a ways off The database of store locations is not uptodate and many locations do not accept a scan of your phone as a form of payment It reminds me of the semifunctional Dunkin Donuts app and a Starbucks app wantabe The app is not close to the true functionality and utility of the Starbucks app which currently represents the gold standard in retail merchant ecommerce apps Keep on choppin Chopt youll get there           Potential

Why am I forced to pay with this app in order to be able to use the points Ive accruedApp itself seems fine but I am NOT going to put my credit card into some sketchy app where it could potentially be stolen Thumbs down guys        Forced 2 pay w credit via app

I got to the cashier presented my rewards card and was told they dont take it anymore and that I had to use the app Silly me I sat around in the store ten minutes downloading the app After signing up I come to find that the app wants my credit card My loyalty points have been transferred to the app but I cant use them unless I pay at the cashier with my phone using the app And when I tried to submit feedback using the app it was unclear if anything happenedthe spinner spins and then leaves me on the same screen with the form filled in with no indication of success or failure Forget that     IF YOU DONT PAY USING THE APP YOU CANT USE YOUR POINTS

I expected to be able to place my order and pay like Dominis etc with this app But I have hunted all around the app and dont see a way to do it Doesnt make any sense     Expected to order with app

The app is excellent at collecting personal financial information but provides no online orders and only tracks member points A waste of space     No online orders

Its a great app to get 10 off I just wish I could place an order here in advance and then pick up to still get credit for my purchase The lunch lines are long           Wish there were more features

I echo everyones frustration on being forced to use the app for loyalty points especially when the app isnt supported at all locations Thats just lousy customer service I also dont understand why people should be forced to take up space on their phone with an app of limited utility The winning combination would be to let people use their cards or the app like Starbucks does As for me Ive converted my card to the app and will delete the app when I use the credit I transferred over        Poorly thought out

The app shouldmust allow users to place their orders to the Chopt of their choice for future pickup or for the love of God please delivery If it did that it would be nearly perfect once they build a Chopt in Pentagon City           Needs to allow for placing orders from phone

This app is awesome for when ordering in the restaurant I like how you can pay via QR code and earn rewards They need to figure out how it can work better for delivery or take out        Good for instore not delivery

The app itself looks nice but its kinda wonky And like others have mentioned I am not going to put my cc or debit card in this app Why would you think that with all the hacking that is going on this will be a good idea That should be optional What if I mostly pay cash Stupid move and I hope you fix that fast because you will be losing customers     Bad move

Used to live Chopt but this app is the last straw If they want my loyalty they should offer better prices instead of forcing me to download an app create an account transfer value points in from a card and force me to pay via my phone Too much work for an 11 salad Will go to the cheaper place which doesnt have a complex loyalty program        Lost a customer

Absurd that Chopt is forcing us to pay via their app in order to get rewards I do not trust entering my credit card info into this app and will now get zero rewards for being an almost daily customer Just Salad here I come     Unfair to loyal customers

Hey I love Chopt and the idea of an app instead of a plastic card sounded great Then it turned out the only way you could take advantage of it was to add a credit or debit card to the app and pay that way I do NOT add cards to an app what if it gets swiped What if it gets hacked Its not a safe solution Lets be clear There are reward apps out there that let you pay cash and add the points anyway Chopt shouldve gone that direction and avoided rocking the boa As it happens I guess this is one app I wont be using and since the rewards program no longer seems to work for me I guess that means Ill be looking elsewhere for salads     Bad move Chopt

1 Location database needs to be accurate wasnt able to locate the branch in Time sq 2 Payment via app is not universally supported Time sq location refused app payment 3 Addition of remote order feature would be highly useful Please see chipotle app Those 3 items needs to be met in order to be considered as a 5 stars app     Needs improvement to be actually useful

Registered through the web Can log in on the website but not through the app Tried multiple times over couple of weeksapp wont work I would like to use the app but cant     Cant Log In

I tried to use this app at a location in DC The cashiers screen kept saying the app wasnt working so he kept scanning it several times Finally we gave up and I swiped a credit card Unfortunately the app WAS charging my credit card each time he tried so I was charged for my 9 salad FIVE TIMES Fortunately I noticed right away on my bank statement and the Chopt and Level Up customer service teams have been prompt at issuing a refund but getting points was absolutely not worth the headache Chopt should not have released this app without proper training at the store level and without being sure it was clear of bugs Would not recommend     Dont use

points wouldnt migrate over via card or email which its not even clear that field can Handle either Get Network error with no additional info on how to resolve or fix good error messages state a plain English error with a way to solve it its funny how I can continue to do other things within the app that require network connectivity yet this process fails every time bad API call Bad server response signing up for the app tried to use sign up with Facebook handshake completed allowed access app comes back and says no level up user associated with that email well duh Im signing up Choose to instead sign up via manual process Some items in sidebar are clickable some arent Like I want to see my balance details when I press the bar with my balance Overall love Chopt love the food but the app does you a disservice as It is not the same streamlined experience as going to the store Oh still cant migrate my loyalty over Wifi LTE multiple networks Nothing        Network error should not be the title of every error

why would I ever give my credit card information to a fast food restaurant     horrible concept
