If I were to tell you how much I like this app you would become suspicious and think I must work for the company I definitely have nothing to do with this company but I am now a fan of it This app helped my wife and I pull of our first Thanksgiving meal in our own home Ive never cooked a turkey before it came out juicy and very tasty The gravy mmmmm the gravvvvy Im drooling just thinking about it The simple recipe for the mashed potatoes turned out to be the best mash Ive ever made The punch was loved by all and tasted very wintry and gave a nice buzz toop This punch will definitely become a holiday tradition My wife told me we have to make this for Christmas Im not a fan of green beans but I must admit that I liked them The sweet potatos were good but not the best Ive had The stuffing was very good The pumpkin pie was perfect my wife made some homemade whipped cream that helped make it ohhh sooo good But the joy wasnt just in the eating It was in the last minute success of the whole operation On Tuesday we said oh s we better buy something to cook before TDay comes Before walking out of the door I told my wife to wait and let me see if there was an app available with some recipes I found this app and loved the handholding instructions The shopping list was extremely helpful We were in and out of the store very quick I went home and got organized The next day I really enjoyed following the stepbystep instructions and felt very good about the prep I took about and extra hour to complete the task but I also live in a small studio with a studio size oven and stove We bought some cast iron casserole dishes to keep things hot as we had to shuffle and alternate things in the oven one rack only too humph A long story that needs to be shortersorry I highly recommend this app Id like to see a pay app from this company that a has dozens of planned meals Time to go back to the app store                 We had a fantastic Thanksgiving meal Thank you

The instructions are pretty straight forward The only problem I had was with calculating roasting time My bird is 21lbs and the choices in the app only go up to 15lbs              Not Bad

This is a simple compact yet helpful application to those wanting to cook and shop for holiday meals With the app users can look up ingredients and recipes for popular holiday meals such as Turkey and Mashed Potatoes as well as desserts such as Sweet Potato Pie and Pumpkin Pie The app splits up the categories for cooking and shopping making it easier for one to effect the other as items from your ingredients list can be transferred to your shopping list The design has a bit of a colorful pop to it and couldnt be easier to use For improvement I would like this app to add more recipes in the future but for the basics Chows Thanksgiving Dinner has you covered           Chows Thanksgiving Dinner

I always have the timing problem when preparing our Thanksgiving meal I love the fact it gives you a time line Great job to whoever made the app I give you                 Great app

I agree with another reviewer Why would you discard the pan drippings You dont need to use butter to make your roux if you have the fat rendered from the turkey Plus you dont need to discard the giblets Many people use them in their gravy Overall a decent app for someone who never cooks but very lacking for anyone else        Not great but helpful if youve never cooked

I like the timeline and the shopping list I would love this if I could add my familys recipes Or even other chow recipes would be great We have recipes that are our tradition           Pretty Good

This app spoiled me for all other food apps they just dont compare I will use this app till I cant make turkey anymore Highly recommend Only thing I had to keep a few things out of the recipes that my family does not like Over all great              Loved it

So far so good its kept me on track Shopping is done and the next step is to start the process on Monday by defrosting the turkey and then the prepping and cooking I was overwhelmed at first but found this app and all that went out the window                 Awesome

I wanted a simple app with simple recipes with a simple list I downloaded it a few minutes ago I came back to rate it because its awesome You pick what you want and it gives you stepbystep instructions on what to buy and how to make it It even lets you cross off what you already have at home You can still look at the list of what you already have at home I didnt want an app with difficult recipes This is perfect                 LOVE IT

I love this app Granted there is only one recipe choice for each dish but making a variation is as easy as searching online Our family has used this for three years now and it has become part of our tradition It tells you what to buy when to start prep gives a full recipe and directions for each dish and allows you to cross off a completed step                 Yummy

This is great gives you a menu a shopping list and a daily schedule to prepare for the big dinner              Couldnt make dinner any easier
