My HCSB SB app gave me many research choices I could click on words and also had much background information available You have stopped updating it in favor of this translation and in the process I have lost a valuable Bible with tools         Holman app better boatnerd2

I m using this on my iPad It keeps saying Indexing Genesis and doesn t do anything I love the idea of the app but it doesn t work at all for me I really hope they fix this soon     Doesn t Work goman2819

Great translation reminds me of the old 1984 NIV which I love I read a lot of translations such as NASB ESV NIV NLT NKJV and I would rate CSB translation in my top 3 But the app needs some help but still very usable Hopefully it will take off in time I think one thing overlooked in these reviews is its FREE You can t expect the world for free Even to get this translation free is a huge gift                     Great translation app needs work Stutzmas

Hoped this would be a great app to share w my youth because I LOVE the translation itself But way too many bugs to make the experience enjoyable App locks you in the toor requires reboot to get out footnotes jump you to random points in text instead of opening an actual footnote Over sensitivity of the app and interaction with pages is too high Might download again in a few months n see if V2 0 is better Until then Sticking w the Bible app     Released too early jeremiahstjames

I like the app I don t have any of the performance issues others are complaining about but I would like to see a few more options added I would prefer a few more font options especially something that looks like what the ESV app uses And I would very much like an option for a reader s view in the app that turns off verse numbers I really like the translation though                 Pretty good app PhineasPoe1978

This is very good app I know there will be improvements soon so that is why I give it 3 stars for now I will give it 5 stars when they give you font size control and additional reasonably priced in app purchases to make for a worthwhile Bible study app Otherwise I believe the best is yet to come for this potentially great app Update 6 14 17 I upped the rating to 4 stars for giving us some font control Now I m a landscape kind of guy That said if the ability to switch to landscape and study notes are made available this will easily get a 5 from me Keep up the continued improvements                 Nice debut but knowsclassic

I understand that this is a new app put out by a non profit containing a new translation Unfortunately the app isn t quite ready for prime time I navigated to the first chapter of Romans First problem the first verse was buried under a navigation bar That bar went away in a few seconds but it got in the way more than long enough Bigger problem I scrolled down to the end of the chapter and could go no further I had to revisit the menu to navigate to chapter 2 That s going to seriously hinder reading Minor problem Christ s words are in red and I can t see any way to turn that feature off I m looking forward to reading the CSB but until I can get to the next chapter without picking it from a menu I ll wait         App needs work ZekeThe3rd

I like the translation However the app needs tuning Often when i m scrolling through a chapter the app reads a slight lateral movement and thinks i want the next chapter when i m just trying to get to the end of the chapter Fix that and it s pretty solid Also might want to add the sideways swiping feature to the tutorial                 Sideways swiping needs tuning down Think_Tank618

Aesthetically pleasing for the most part Things that need attention 1 The swipe between chapters is too sensitive Would be nice to be able to adjust this 2 Something about the footnotes doesn t work The symbol appears but it doesn t link to anything when you tap them 3 The app refreshes to the top of the chapter when you leave and come back to it That s no bueno 4 The app icon is slightly distorted on my screen for whatever reason Looks better in the app store Other than that the app seems to work alright and the translation is nice iOS 10 3 1 iPhone 5S             Looks nice needs a little work MichaelFace

I m a long time user of the HCSB I m excited to get this app Please make a bigger font available In poetry please don t indent this it makes the font even smaller It would be great to see the font go all the way to the edge of the screen In future versions it would be great to have clickable cross referencing study notes etc             Good version app needs work nhmatt

The CSB app is a good start for a bible app but it is far to basic to merit a good rating The is no search feature and the font and viewing options are too few Holman better take this app up several notches if it is to complete with the likes of the YouVersion let alone the ESV app             A start but not sufficient Teh Phri4r

No omissions of crucial text that many liberal translations have no problem glossing over The app works fine but the copy and paste doesn t work well Otherwise I pray you use the Right discernment     HCSB still the best InHD
