If you are iPhone and iPad owner,you now can download Cisco Technical Support for free from Apple Store. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 5.5 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The latest update broke forum access Seems like it now loads a web view where you would have to log in Who the heck knows passwords for this stuff when there s literally thousands of sites and services that require logging in Previously one single sign on which was saved in this app would be enough to keep track of your forum posts You can easily keep track of support contracts and taking pictures of equipment barcodes to see if they are under active SmartNET is nice Just if they brought back forum integration it would really help out         Update broke forums access Cypherstream

I installed this thinking I d have access to my support tickets on the go but this is not the case         Disappointed Skord
Easy effective locator of information following threads locating valuable videos on You Tube but specific to Cisco and network protocols I teach networking and can t wait to show my students this utility and use as another tool for troubleshooting                     Fantastic app K Woodard

This is a nice app for reviewing cases but I agree with other posts regarding the app is lacking due to the inability to open new cases I would also like to see cases opened by my other admins all under the same contract Add the ability to open cases and this would be a better app but is still a good app for reviewing your cases           Good not great
