I used to like the ap and was easy to use to check balance n transfer money etc But the update wont update and I cant access ap anymore Please fix this Wont work anymore
The nearest ATM shows up in Washington stateIm in Pottstown PA Most of the features are gone It seems like they accepted the update without actually making sure it was worth the Citadel name Ive come to enjoy this bank but this update just seems like a joke Is this a joke

90 of the time the app buffers for a minute and closes or tells me it failed to open On the off chance it does work it is very poor I would give it zero stars if that was an option Awful

The app heavily advertises a mobile check deposit feature even going so far to make a YouTube tutorial about it and yet the feature is nowhere to be seen Really one of the worst executions of an app Ive ever seen Doesnt Deliver

This app looks like it was developed for the year 2006 Either have a comprehensive mobile banking app or dont have one at all Citadel is big enough now where a first class app is expected No effort

With a little bit of explanation from the bank I find that most of the apps features and functions are easy This app makes everything from checking my available balances to submitting transfers so much easier I rarely ever call anymore or log online to do my ebanking Great app
Been asking Citadel to provide mobile deposits for years First time I try to use it after carefully capturing the images and filling out the form submitting it gives ERROR Rdc Unavailable Brings me back to the deposits page and all the info is gone FWIW I use mobile deposits with two other financial institutions without issues Waste of time
I can always check my account and transfer money when I need to I cant seem to find the mobile check deposit though The website says its available but there is no choice for that on app Works great

Can you add branch hours to the information displayed when selecting a specific location I know all branches have the same hours but it would be nice to have this information displayed in the app somewhere Branch Hours
Citadel advertises mobile banking and that is what sold me to get the app but I cant find a mobile banking feature anywhere If youre gonna promote and advertise a feature heavily at least make it easily accessible Otherwisewhats the point Whats the point

Full disclosure I work at Citadel This review is based on my experience with the app I use this app multiple times a week for balance inquiries and occasionally for mobile deposit and payments Its not the prettiest user interface but it works fine The mobile deposit issue referenced in earlier reviews has been fixed Signing up for mobile deposit is not intuitive You have to login to online banking from a web browser From the services menu select mobile deposit enrollment Accept the terms and next time you login into the app you should see mobile deposit option off the main menu Functional not beautiful mobile deposit tips
I was using the Citadel app with no issues but once I updated with the last update it will not load Its been spinning since the download I was able to delete it and will try to reload it App wont load and is frozen
Can not find mobile check deposit option anywhere This is inconvenient Where oh where is mobile upload
