Touch ID does not work and after just a few days requires you to log in again This is a complete fail The number of security questions us just theater and does not really do anything         Touch ID fail Landscape gone

Please come into 2017 It s super slow it shows it s loading but it load for 2 3 mins Not seamless at all I came from BofA where the banking was horrible but the app was amazing City National is so lacking for us mobile on the go users     Horrible CDMorg

A great company is brought down by an app with bugs and limited functionality Even basic things like touchID are not implemented     Bad app wzrdjr

The app opens maybe 50 of the time and randomly The thing is we ve been with this bank for years and we rely on the Iphone app to deposit checks once a week The closest branch is 10 miles away over a toll bridge through the city in a downtown location with pay parking We can use local ATMs at other banks but can t make deposits that way This really isn t funny or cute The app used to work fine And BTW our difficulty has nothing to do with our wi fi network     Useless ESBW

I have a hard time using most apps but this new version is very easy to use and the new features are great I ve nicknamed all my accounts after my four legged family members and set applicable features on and off as I see fit Useful and efficient tools that I have not seen anywhere else                     Nice and easy Shersline
