This used to be a great app I used it with my kids a lot especially when trying to show them math problems when no pencils and paper are handy But now we are CONSTANTLY interrupted by annoying ads I would have gladly paid a little extra money to have an ad free version but I do not see this as an option so I will start the search for a new chalkboard app now No advertisers will pay for ads if you have driven away all your users Please make a reasonable ad free option         Gone to the ads Concord1926

I bought the upgrade to get the colored chalk and now it won t work Reinstalled 3 times but every time I try to use it it just closes Pity kind of liked it before I paid     Closes every time Lindalucine

I love using this app It is so simple and I frequently use it in my classroom I d only ask that there be a variety of line thicknesses for the chalk and echo somebody who suggested colored chalk                 Colors and Thickness Mylorac

This is the quality blackboard app I ve been searching for My grandson who will be 3 next month has been learning on the iPhone and iPad for the last year using some really well thought out apps He can even spell and text just single words But I had become concerned that after using his finger as a primary tool to create words on the virtual keyboard he would deal with writing and writing tools as either strange too hard or not interactive enough So with this app and a stylus he is excited that he is creating words with an object like the grownups and I m excited that this app let s him learn how to write with a pen or pencil Any parent using the iPad as a learning tool for toddlers should consider this app as a must have so their child learns that their finger has limitations and not the only thing used to display or create writing before they start school This app is head and shoulders above the chalkboard apps that cost and even though it has no color chalk it also does not have the glitches or short comings Yes you can size the chalk and the eraser not so with the pay apps And because you can draw circles smoothly I ll be using it with my high school grandson with his honors geometry next school year with the Apple tv to keep it fun And I agree it should be a standard app on iPad P S Please you need to include the word chalkboard as part of app name so that it s easier to find when searching for chalkboard apps in App Store Even entering the name it comes up with board games I stumbled upon it while looking at another developer s apps This app is too good not to be found easily Color chalk would be a nice addition                     Great for iPad preschoolers and above Retired in Chicago

This is a GREAT app as should come as a standard app on an iPad It can be used for so many things Idea s quick notes to self directions Daily aspirations Doodling I have had this app for three days and used it six times the first day four the second and eight the third day that s useful So why only four stars It needs these three things 1 A third button on top ERASE ALL 2 A way to save the chalkboard to the Photo Album besides using a screenshot 3 A button to get more chalkboard pages TEN Stars if you can do all three but as I said this is still a great app Update Fantastic You guys did the two biggies save and erase all Wonderful Classic Board now is a COMPLETE and very useful app I Love it TEN STARS TWO MOONS AND A SUN OR TWO Thank You for this fine product                     This should come as an installed app DJRyckRak
