I was looking for a simple outlining app to organize tasks and ideas and this works There are a few things I d like to see moving items to folders rather than just being a hierarchy items but for what is an outlining tool it works well                     Does what it claims to NJE1

This is a nice little app but it could be great with a few improvements As an author who writes both novels and textbooks I have tried most apps and programs that relate to text processing and have concluded that they are created by programmers not writers Too often it seems programmers are more focused on displaying what clever programmers they are than how well the app they create meets needs Programmers need to determine who the target user they are creating the app for is and then find out from that target user what they want and need And then build those things into the app from the very beginning For an app like this to be really useful especially for writing nonfiction it is very frustrating that there is no apparent way to applying formatting to individual words but only entire sections of text whether trying to apply a stylistic change bold italic underline or changing to color of the font Select one word in a block of text apply italic to that single word and the entire block changes to italic Not good when for instance inserting a word from a foreign language or the title of a book         Improvements that would make this excellent Dr Discerner

I loved this app used it for a big project I ve been working on it s incredibly convenient and easy to use However the app froze when I was trying to erase an outline so I restarted it and when I reopened it it had deleted all of my files and folders except for one I m very angry and upset at losing all of the work I had done I hope whatever happened there is addressed and fixed asap because it was great until this incident         Was great until Livi112298

It is just a simple outlining tool with non over the top customization Tap controls took a few tries to get used to but overall I really like it                 I ve been looking for something like this Lungpool

I LOVE this organization tool It s the only app I could find with essentially infinite nesting and it s super easy to use My one nitpick is that I d love to be able to add dates and hyperlinks but that s a personal preference need                 Great app Casey Mack

I have been using this for less than 10 minutes and would totally give this five stars but I only have one complaint I have not found a way to edit a category once I create it without deleting the whole thing I hope it s something I just need to figure out but I think it s because this is the free version I was so happy with it that I almost purchased the pro and I usually don t buy apps but I am waiting to be sure that I use this the way I hope I will It is super intuitive and easy to use I have so much work on my plate right now I had to find a way to become more organized and less overwhelmed I came up with an idea earlier and told my friend I was going to start creating outlines for everything This is genius Glad I found it Oh and I also never leave reviews but I am quite pleased Hope you find it useful as well                 Love it Fawnomenal

Finally Exactly the replacement I ve been looking for since slicktasks stopped supporting their bug filled outline app Outliner 2 is so fast and simple with virtually no learning curve The only thing I wish they would do is move the expansion tab bullets to the right side of each line so you don t accidentally tap the checkbox when expanding lines                 Slicktasks Workflowy replaced Heatpapi

Its a really clean app it functions exactly as advertised and does so very well what else can u ask for                     Very Good J-thrillya

This free version allowed me to try this outliner and boy I m impressed I used Workflowy before but the idea of them closing down made me anxious often times I was trying to find a replacement standalone app and this was the best so far in the App Store Will upgrade immediately to pro Version                     Better than Workflowy DON_FELE

This is a good replacement for Carbonfin Outliner which hasn t been updated in years but had stayed the best minimalist outliner for lack of competition But this app needs Dropbox sync I use opml for all sorts of work and I need my files in my regular file structure I d update to pro in a minute if it had Dropbox             Good but no Dropbox jg6464
