I had to seek treatment at a hospital in another state Through the app I was able to pull up relevant medical records to show the provider which helped them in treating me This shortened the amount of time needed for the visit and saved me in treatment costs                     So helpful when I needed care out of town Nc49er

I am new to using this app and can t say I m impressed yet I ve used the Novant app for a while now and this one has a ways to catch up It does have the message system but you can t see messages you ve sent and are waiting for a response non My biggest complaint is that of the 20 or so times I ve attempted to open the app over the past few weeks I get an error message saying it s down about half the time This is unacceptable when I m waiting to here from a doctor and cannot access their responses Also the focus seems to be on Urgent Care which is great when you need it but I d rather have it focus on my profile when I open it Hopefully it ll improve over time but it s very frustrating for the time being             Mediocre healthcare app Mparker15

I tried this app and the first doctors listed based on my location were 10 miles away My physician is 2 5 miles away but was way down the list after those that were 24 miles away The app needs to be corrected to recognize a decimal point             Illogical Order Dori928

Finding the closest location doesn t work The app puts you on the map nowhere near your real location The home screen also freezes on a medical machine of some sort sometimes On the plus side it is a pretty app         Just a little too buggy Speedeasy

I had the same issue as the other users where the app didn t work because I didn t allow it to use my location I just got the update and now it works great With 2 young accident prone boys it will definitely come in handy to see urgent care wait times                     Main issue fixed Chs patient

The app works fine for me I wish it gave me names of all physicians and practices in my area rather than just CHS owned ones The ER wait times are helpful but not convinced life saving If you or someone you love has a life threatening problem then call for an ambulance They can get you in the fastest After all it isn t first come first served in the ER Anyway back to the app It is Easy to use and I see it as very helpful especially for people new to the area                 It works PantherFanz

I have this app on my iPad 2 and it just doesn t work Other than showing the tree of life and briefly flashing Carolinas Medical Center it doesn t do anything else Please fix it     This app is broken kill with kindness

This shows CHS s dedication to providing excellent care for it s patients One of the most valuable things you can give a person is information This gives you quick access to the information you may need during an emergency The map load time does not take as long as some apps do It gives you background information about each facility phone number as well as expected wait time On top of that it gives you the option to get directions to or from each facility You have access to doctor information if you are looking for a doctor within the system All in all this is a well thought out app It beats out other apps that are of the same genre I hope to see more apps from CHS in the future                     Excellent care for patients ColdHaven
