If you do anything with barcodes be it workrelated tasks or just barcode curiosity this is the app to use As of this writing the Dev is working out some iOS v8 problems but Ive been using this app since iOS v4 and I can assure you that this app sets the bar for the other players in this categoryits works with 16 of the most available barcodes on the market the user can create customized QR codes the app includes its own URL scheme visavis cnsbarcode This latter most feature is by the Devs estimation what sets CNS Barcode apart from the field I leave this for you to decide for me there are so many features built into a single app that I cannot see myself using anything else                 Indespensible High Quality Software

I bought this for use with FM GO When scanning it takes a long time to read QR codes and some other codes I can have the barcode I want to read in focus and hold very still and it still doesnt pick it up for several minutes You have to constantly play with how far away the camera is or the angle before it suddenly reads the barcode Ive had much better results with QR Reader by TapMedia Their app will show the detection area bounding box in the camera view so you can at least get some idea if youre scanning correctly And its free           Delays when reading barcodes

What makes this app great is its ability to integrate with other iPhone apps In particular it can be called by Filemaker Go and can return scanned data to Filemaker Very slick The one flaw that I have encountered is that the scanner is not as good at picking up detailed QR barcodes as is other barcode readers that I have tried such as Pic2Shop or QRReader This limits the amount of information that I can encode in the barcode or else I need to increase its size              Almost perfect

Unresponsive Send EMail and after 5 days still no respond They seem to hide their contact address very well it took long searches to find them All in one unresponsive and the program does not work in Lion No return after reading the code For a 15 program from the Apple Store about a program related to Apples FileMaker this is a disappointment first class        CNS Barcode

Good application Stable works with more barcodes than I expected and the barcode generation is great I havent run into the crashers seems stable so far Also it works with FileMaker Go Tried on 3GS and iPhone 4                 Good Application

After playing around with the various barcode options for scanning alphanumeric data QR code scanning with CNS Barcode has turned out to be the perfect solution Im capturing a 20 digit alphanumeric certificate code and just briefly holding the QR representation of that code underneath the camera results in a quick read and return to FileMaker Go My QR code for that data is about 625 inches square I sized it up from a smaller representation which gave me the immediate readcapture I was looking for I appreciate the effort put into making the jump into and back out of the barcode scanning app seamless                 Perfect solution for QR scan into FM Go

I am using this app to integrate with a mobile web page The scanner pops open and then you hit done Then the app posts the data to a specified URL You can specify a profile to control which camera light and beep made after scanning                 Great for multiple scans and posting to url

If you have FileMaker Go then you need this App Great script integration reads many types of codes works well even with my 3GS So as far as scanning barcodes into FMP its worth the price But the big bonus is you can write a script to use it to populate your database with barcode images for printing barcode labels                 Great App very powerful

When I click on the lens the app crashes and exits without any error message iPhone 3G iOS 41 I reported the bug through the app Did not receive a response yet     Crashes on iPhone

I have been looking for long time for a scanner that can link to FileMaker Go and finally I found one in the CNS Scanner Great stuff Works like a charm though no Speedy Gonzales Setup was straight forward with the help of the step by step guide in pdf form This was an answer to my prayers Great job                 Great to use in conjunction with FileMaker Go

I tried several free and paid apps before running across this gem Read below I bought the scanner for a WMS app we are developing in FMPro 12 The scanner works well with Code 39 barcodes off of an iPhone 4S and the new iPad as well as QR and a few other types but Code 39 is all I really needed I had issues with my scripting Daniel answered my emails not only swiftly but hes also been very helpful and highly supportive Its nice to see developers who care about their product and wanting it to succeed Hats off to CNS                 Excellent scanner customer support

The app works well between FileMaker Go and CNS barcode but there are a ton of bugs on the settings screens for creating profiles and renaming them Please fix these bugs and Ill put my review at 5 stars        App works sometimes
