I started with the free version of this just to test it out It is simple yet effective Tells you when to walk and when to run Nothing fancy here but all you really need is a simple voice to guide you along behind your soundtrack The help feature was obviously written by someone with a lessthangreat command of the english language but this is a run coach not a dictionary All I know is that 7 weeks in i am running 25 minutes nonstop when it used to be hard for me to run 60 seconds Yay me Yay Coach 5k Now when is that 10k version coming Good functional app
