The app is useless to me bc mobile deposit doesnt work anymore which was the whole reason I kept my acct at Coastal when I moved If I have to go into a bank to deposit checks I might as well pick one that has branches in my area     Mobile deposit no longer works

App still crashes every time I try to make a deposit and App Support button takes you to a page that no longer exists     Too buggy

The check deposit feature doesnt work at all Every time I take a photo of the check in the app it blurs it Take a photo of the same check using the phones photo app and it looks perfect If you dont want people using that feature then why even offer it as an option     Check depositworthless

For a bank that is so hitech insidethe app is extremely lackluster I really like this bank but I really wish the would update the app     Needs an update

Stopped working when went to iOS 8 on iPhone Camera function broke Camera works fine in native environment     Deposits no longer working

This app works good and does its purpose I like how the app has a newer look When the update came out I was hoping for more updated features such as Touch ID I personally think its a much more secure method to log in One thing I really hope Coastal considers to update is the registration method I find it hard to register my iPhones phone number to activate the app which can be really frustrating The app has a lot of potential and I cant wait to see the further updates           At Least Its a Working App

Ok thanks for finally applying an iPhone 5 upgrade App or servers still extremely slow compared to other banking apps Very basic app thats still just OK           iPhone 5

Where did the deposit checks option go Sometimes its there sometimes its not This app is so dated it needs a real update     Functions Keep disappearing

All I wanted was an activation code so I could actually use the application     Fail

App works great for checking accounts on the go My favorite feature is the mobile deposits              Works fine for basic banking

Tried a few times but couldnt activate Process is too cumbersome from a phone If you navigate away from the activation page to enter the number the page resets you lose the number and you have to start all over again Process needs to be phone friendly     Cant Activate

Got set up and deposited two checks in just a few min Worked great for me                 Works great

The usability of this app is not intuitive Im finding that I have to switch back and forth between the full site and the app just to get a question answered Terminology is inconsistent and for users with a new phone but the same phone number it is a chore to update even partially I have to assume this wasnt tested well and built without full consideration of user needs        Poor User Experience

Would like to see more realtime information specifically transactions as they happen My available balance doesnt match my recent transactions as there are so many pendinginprogress that dont show           Pending transaction

I had to reinstall the app worst idea ever Everything you click redirects you to a page that doesnt exist or prompts you for an activation code that never sends Only thing I miss is the check deposit feature that only seems to work half the time Cmon guys get it together     Poor quality

Deposit is the feature that is a convenience for me I can check balances elsewhere Please fix     No point without working deposit

Setup is FAR too cumbersome and after years it still requires new verification code and initial app setup process repeated with EVERY iOS update Catch a clue from your competitors and stop this No background capability so dont switch apps or youll end up right back at CFCU app signin CFCU also expires your password WAY more often than any other financial institution eg BofA AmEx in my experience so this is a REAL INCONVENIENCE as they dont let you update password on app Instead you receive a message that you must go to their site for this and then return to the app FIX IT     Pitiful Requires new verification code and initial app setup with EVERY iOS update

What happened to the deposit button Mine was replaced with Locations and now I cannot deposit checks App is useless     horrible

App has been running decently until this recent update Now the locations portion of the app doesnt work at all Please fix           Location services not working

If I could give this no stars I would Check deposit doesnt work anymore Always an error Its slow Freezes and crashes Highly disappointed     Slow laggy check deposit is worthless

The app is confusing and not easy to setup the 2nd time on a new phone The activation code process does not work well if it works at all     Good reason to bank somewhere else

The app update is little better bringing the app to a more modern look vs the previous screens which looked dated I still have 2 major issues Bill Pay still doesnt work It continues to time out Also the send date is still confusing and is not consistent with the website version For example is the send date the date the credit union will send it or the date it needs to be at the payee like it is on the website You would assume it is the date you want the credit union to send it based on the title but when you open the date window it shows the earliest date to send as the current date plus the time to get there which then sounds like the pay date on the website which would be the earliest it could get there not sent The other issue is it would be nice to have an app which is optimized for the iPad        Bill pay doesnt work

Not sure if its actually coastal fcu or the app but both this version and the old version would never reliably allow check deposit After working for a few weeks the mobile deposit in this version mysteriously now claims my accounts are not authorized for mobile deposit The accounts are in good standing and should be authorized as verified by CFCUs customer service line This is getting old     Unimpressed

Why did they remove the ability to make mobile deposits     Terrible

While I am able to check my balance on the go the Mobile Deposit functionality is a disgrace When it does work the photos taken by the camera are extremely low resolution But what really irks me is that for the past 4 months or so I consistently get an error on the last step of the upload process How has this not been fixed yet        Disappointing

Please add a counter to the app to show how many transactions have been completed in month for go green and how many transactions are still needed           Go Green counter

I realize CFCU doesnt have the resources that many of the larger banks have but this app is pretty rough around the edges The check deposit implementation has been broken since iOS 8 was released There is a black bar over part of the image capture area This makes it very difficult to capture an acceptable image Please fix this Also Touch ID would be great Ive seen other banks have already implemented it so you dont have to type in your password every time you open the app or switch away from it        Disappointing

This new app they rolled out is very slow The old app worked much better Takes up to a minute to even login Pending bill pay is slow too and transactions are not show up correctly     Very Slow

Since this app added edeposits in 2012 I had been very happy with it Then I upgraded to iOS7 and now it crashes every time I take a picture of a check Without this feature this app is of no value to me     Deposits broken since ios7

The app wont let me past the TOS so I can activate On both iPad and iPhone its at the bottom and the checkbox is inaccessible to select It wont let me keep the sizing or bottom of page in view Perhaps move to the top     I cannot check TOS

The big issue I am having with this app is the check deposit feature on the 6Plus has a big black bar across the bottomside portion of the screen so you cannot get the check to fit within the four white corners This make depositing checks difficult Lastly I preferred the old design the new design is to simplistic and looks big and chunky on the 6Plus        Needs work

Was told by a CFCU support rep it would only be 24 hours after you sign up that mobile deposit would show up It did not Also the locate branch feature doesnt work either Nice for seeing balances but useless otherwise        Needs a lot of work

Fix the mobile deposit I have taken 583738293738 photos of my check and the app still will not accept the photo It keeps telling me that the check isnt in the photo           Mobile deposit blows

This is truly one of the worst mobile apps I have ever seen The whole experience is confusing difficult to navigate Coastal has made it abundantly clear that technology is neither their strong point nor their focus but this mobile banking app is so terrible its insulting to the user     Shockingly bad

Where did the mobile deposit feature go It was so nice not to have to drive to the bank to deposit my paycheck After the update that feature is inextricably gone I also wish you could adjust the payments in the bill pay feature but your only option is to outright cancel it and start again     Bad update

Good for basic inquiries very slow overall After waiting 3040 seconds to pull up bill pay pending list frequently get error messages repeated in a row finally after 3 attempts it USUALLY pops up the list Wish I could see when my bills are due on this app Hope an update comes out soon        Useful in a basic way

Mobile deposit will crash the app every time Sometimes when I open that section it crashes other times it lets me get to taking the picture and then crashes sometimes it lets me go through most of the deposit process and then crashes before its sent As far as I can tell the rest of the app works ok enough        Deposit crashes app

The only reason I have this app is so that I can deposit checks There was a new update or something and it completely took away the option to deposit checks through my phone So now all I really do is check my balance but I still have to go to the bank to deposit my checks This really needs to be fixed     Awful
