To operate a vessel for hire you must be licensed by the US Coast Guard for operating an Uninspected Passenger Vessel Good idea in theory but failing to meet this requirement is dangerous and illegal Sketchy and dangerous

Cool concept but anyone who accepts money for a boat ride on any vessel must be a USCG certified Captain This may get shut down quickly Captain
