But this app just totally blows me away It goes above and beyond and even teaches you all of the bartending basics I just cant say enough about this app Definitely my favorite I will be trying out many of these drinks Kudos to the developers You are awesome                 I dont normally comment on apps

Overall Im fairly pleased with the appWhat first caught my eye is that it features 600 drinks rather than just the 500 most other apps offer The photos and text layout is very pleasing to the eye However I have an issue with the search engin I like the advanced search options given but not all of them work up to snuff When doing a Drink Content search for gin the results include Ginger Ale Ginger Beer ginal Blue Vodka and other results other than just Gin Also when doing a search for Gin AND Maraschino some drinks are listed with a complete list of contents while others just have Maraschino listed as the only content Then when I switched from a Content Search for Maraschino and cleared the fields to do an All Seach most of the content info disappeared but a few drinks still had Maraschino listed as the lone ingredient Id like to see the Search Engine include pull down menus for Content and especially Color searches If the search was fixed Id give the app a full five stars           Search Engin Bug

Cant believe its only 099 Would definitely spend 499 after using Teaches you everything from bartender basics to drinks to food Doesnt get better than this Beautiful images Easy to use I tried Be a Bartender for 199 and was disappointed to find tons of poorly formatted text without pictures Cocktails HD is wonderful in comparison I would easily pay more for this app Show stunning images for each drink too Teaches you tips and tricks And hundreds of food and drink recipes Includes wine pairing too I like the shaker feature too a different drink every time By far the best drink app for iPad Great Job Keep the updates with drinks and recipes coming                 Buy this app

Great app with some super recipes and gorgeous pictures Could use a liquor cabinet feature that will narrow down drinks to what you have ingredients for Add that and this is an allstar app              Needs some features

This app is great Pls add the ability to print email and copypaste recipe ingredients and directions I like those healthy and delicious food recipes           Cocktails

Edit Im upping the rating from one star to two because while the app is still flawed its much better than the next two drink apps I tried So far DrinkPad looks to be the best iwanttomakedrinks app but with polish this one could fit the iwanttohavesomethinglikeacoffeetablebookaboutcocktailsonmyipad The two apps would probably compliment each other well Original review follows The app is as frustrating to use as it is pretty Screens get cut off when you rotate sometimes you cant scroll pages that go off the bottom searching for gin tonic doesnt bring up any results even though theres a drink called pink gin and tonic the slider bar is jerky and confusing etc Hopefully theyll get the issues resolved in a future update but until then Im looking for another drink app for my iPad        The doesnt work kind of pretty

I am a visual artist and an admitted cocktail novice I bought this app based on the gorgeous photosI like to see what I am making What I didnt realize was the astounding content here From describing the basics of how to mix a drink to which glass to useAND WHY The interface is amazing the search features are flawless and of course the visuals make this app a huge winner Cheers to the developers I love it                 SIMPLY AWESOME

This was my fav app until the iOS 8 update Now most of the holiday recipe for Halloweenetc are gone                 WAS a great app

This app has some fun drink ideas but the interface is really sluggish Its like using a dialup connection to navigate the app           Nice but sluggish

Yes the whiskey sour recipe is way different than Im used to according to this app but come on This app is awesome So glad I have it                 Great

This app features an extensive list of drinks color photos a search engine and the drinks are sorted by type There is also a way to mark your favorites It also includes general bar tending tips such as garnishes and how to stock your bar                 Great bar tending app

If youre bartending for a group of 20something new drinkers who tend to order things with sex orgasm etc in their names this is the app for you To be fair it also contains recipes for many classic cocktails But if youre interested in exploring the latest trends in mixology this app isnt of much use Its recipes use only generic bitters ignoring all the interesting new craft bitters now available Its search function has barely heard of Campari and just gives you a blank stare if you search for St Germain Aperol Cynar or other less than mainstream ingredients Its worth the 3 but Im still in the market for a more comprehensive uptodate cocktail app           OK As Far As It Goes

I got this on promotion and although Im not much of a drinker I thought this app incredibly well done and and attractive in its layoutThe best part for me was the bonus food content from snacks to main meals I am just a beginner cook and I really liked how there is pictures for each individual step If you guys ever make a food app I would definitely buy it Great job                 Love the bonus food content

My husband and I use this app all the time and find it very useful It doesnt have loads of ads like other apps and there is a very large variety of drinks To top it off there is a lot of other information about the types of liquors not just a short list like other apps offer I would suggest this for people who like cocktails and like ease of use                 Use this all the time

Great App Images are amazing and amount of detail is great I own a restaurantbar and we are using iPads for the POS system I wanted an app that the bartenders could refer to for drinks and this is close except for two issues 1 It is all pretty fancy drinks and is missing most of the basics which are the most common drinks that get ordered Probably not an issue as those are less likely to get looked up but wouldnt hurt to have them in there 2 We have our own signature cocktails and the list changes somewhat regularly The ability to add our own drinks recipes and images would make this app everything I was looking for              Great App

This app is great but its hard to read those little tiny letters and it wont let me zoom in I was hoping you guys could put that option           Suggestion

I love the drink recipes this app has to offer There are a staggering number of drinks to try and the bar tending howto section is clear and concise My only complaint is the choice of font color Many screens use a light green small font on a lighter green background that makes it impossible to read This is why I rated this app 4 stars out of 5              Great recipes difficult to read

As a drink designer I often find it helpful to show people basic drink recipes as a starting point this fit the bill exactly And its extremely friendly for the casual mixologist too A great app                 Useful and Gorgeous

Love this app I have purchased all the drinking apps so far and I love this one The holiday and halloween section is the best idea yet The ly thing that would make this better would be a larger drink and shooter update and also I would like to be ale to load all my liqueurs into a database and then have something that tells me what drinks I can make with what I have and then another area that says if I bought this I could then makethis drink Love it guys keep the updates coming                 Best app for drinking yet

My favorite classic drink whiskey sour is a very unclassic recipe low on booze high on lemon juice and includes egg white I hope this recipe doesnt catch on and I am hesitant to depend on other recipes The photos are great but I want standard classic recipes        Not my Taste

This app has a lot of drink information and recipes but managing the info is hit or miss Find a drink you like and want to make it a favorite Now wouldnt that be nice It has a favorites section but you just try to put something in there Go ahead Try Maybe it will work but most likely not Click a drink name and go to that recipe Silly me No that might just open up the bartender section that tells me how to strain a drink The app has potential but needs work        Great app if it would work

Well I just wasted 499 I downloaded this program thinking I could use it for my IPhone NOPEits for IPAD only NO way of gettng my money back BEWARE of what you download Just because your IPhone is hooked up doesnt mean the app will work for IPhone Very disappointed     Didnt pay attention

This app is fantastic the recipes If youre like the reviewer who has never made a whiskey sour without storebought tom collins mix people have been putting a dash of egg white in whiskey sours since the 1880s then some of the recipes may take some getting used to If you want to have a great resources on some classic drinks like the Sazerac old fashioned sidecar etc then the price is right                 Great Resource

The app itself is pretty good but it needs a lot of work to be great Navigation is very poor but the pics and the drinks are very nice The bartender book is nice but changing pages is a LOT slower then need be on my iPad2 Make it easier to navigate Speed up the pages turning in the book the quadrant loading is VERY amateurish and make the navigation easier and you have a best seller I cant recommend paying more than 99 at present           Good app but SLOW

I am extremely disappointed by this app If you are looking for a way to make girlie drinks then this is your app But if you are looking for a way to make a quality cocktail this is a poor resource I dont write reviews of products but I was so unhappy with the 5 that I just spent I felt the need to write is review I only wish that I had know this sooner     Disappointed
