The new update is horrible and doesn t work I have a large Cognifit account and manage many patients All of my patients who have updated their Cognifit app are no longer able to use their accounts including myself I have sent the Cognifit help center 3 messages over the last 3 days and no one has responded There is also no number to contact them Horrible customer service for a product that I get charged for on autopay     Horrible update that doesn t work nrcwd

Frequently are advised that you have no internet connection when finalizing results when your internet is fine Per tech support delete and reinstall the app to fix I have deleted and reinstalled sometimes up to 6 times before I can actually complete one single training session Some games intermittently do not work properly i e You can t see the whac a moles to hit them The ball crashing game will just start saying level down level down as you can hear the balls exploding but are unable to view them For the monthly fee for this app I expected a much better product with far less issues I was willing to try it for that price in hopes it would be a good product to help my dad who has started experimenting memory issues Very disappointed because it had promise     Very VERY buggy Aimee Giles

This looked like a very interesting app But there s a problem I can t even sign up to start using it I entered all of my info and then there s no option to start Is this the first cognitive test to figure out how to use the app The chat help was no help at all She just told me to contact Customer Service I thought she was Customer Service     Can t even start Not Exiled

Sound doesn t work in sound requiring game Have to pay to unlock any sort of features The same few games cycle repeatedly mahjong some whack a mole thing and some matching game a la bejeweled but not nearly as entertaining Not much if anything that makes me want to pay to upgrade here             Not much going on here ttttrrrrrkkkk

For 20 a month I only see 10 games to play Some of the games like Mahjong Soduko and the jigsaw puzzle I can play on less expensive apps An excellent well done app But for 20 I expected more for my money             Not enough games Stszejna

I have been using CogniFit for several weeks now sometimes using their training plan and sometimes just playing games The app measures and trains a number of different aspects of cognitive function I have noticed that my short term memory is improved as well as my confidence There could be more help documentation with it Some games like Twist It are not straight forward and could benefit from more documentation And sometimes Twist It stops working for me but only that one game out of a long list of games they offer has that issue                 Noticeable Improvement in Cognitive Function Staceroo

App initially opened first time I tried to use app a little glitchy when I was entering my personal info wouldn t let me set my birthday month and day until I first set year bday default is set to today s date so if your month is after today s date it won t let you set it as a future date thus having to set the year back first Once that was figured out app asked to use location services I said no and the it just kept flashing the location services request on and off the screen not enough time to press anything I restarted the app for one more try and it crashed immediately I can t comment about the content of this app as I have never been able to actually use it Would give it zero stars if I could as one star sort of implies it actually doing something     Bugs can t play Jennitho18

It s a fun app that does make you feel like you re exercising your brain but there seems to be some problems with it functioning properly The seen or heard game doesn t have any sound which is needed for the game but it dings you still if you miss it The sounds do not appear to be a problem with the other games In addition the instructions aren t complete it ends with if a sound was heard before click and that s it It s fun but a let down because your results aren t accurate due to the bugs in the game         Fun but lots of issues Vandaling

Really enjoyed the variety of games and was hooked from the start Until I ran into problems with lots of bugs on the mobile version One game doesn t even work always a frozen screen Several other games freeze at certain levels which prevents you from progressing to the next level Very disappointing and I would not recommend paying for Cognifit         Lots of bugs Calicana

Started with the exercises in iOS 7 and was able to do most on an iphone I got the subscription through buying the MindWorks supplement The Mahjong puzzles are easier on an ipad though In iOS 8 all the exercises that require hand eye coordination don t work anymore Also in Mahjong I seem to be perpetually stuck at level 5 4 even though I ve completed it successfully numerous times Hope they can fix these bugs soon Otherwise a very good and really challenging app                 Great app needs work in iOS 8 cv888

The games are very buggy on mobile devices unless you only want to play on a desktop I do not recommend this So buggy you won t get through even one 10 minute session without problems The monthly subscription is deceptively advertised and a pain to cancel My account said if I did not cancel by this day I would be billed so I cancelled on exactly that day and I was still billed The cognitive ranking which is probably why you want to sign up is wholly worthless Sure they ll give you a number but no mention out of how many So what s the point Every other score anywhere is like 80 of 100 cognifits ranking is like congratulations your 789 Of what     Sw full of bugs helin8r
