A simple small database included on the app could save more time and make it more useful It s a very handy app and the service is great but in my installations we have a total of 4 washers and 4 dryers every time a guest reports the issues we need to stop what we are doing and go till the end of the building where the units are located and then take a the code or scan No being lazy but since all the idea of app and smart phones are to save time it don t make sense since a simple call works the same If this app could have an option to save the code of every one of the units you have then in the moment the Guest report the issues and the unit then it will be just to open the app select the one and voil             App needing improvement Etrygan

This app works very well with the washers in our residence hall This app makes reporting issues fast and easy and I no longer have to have my laptop with me to submit issues Response time is also very quick from our responding vendors                     Simple Effective Powrfulkatrnka

Does not recognize an email address and won t let you submit a work request without it Once you try to submit a request it gives you the error and then doesn t let you edit any of the fields     Horrible App Whatapieceofjunk

These machines replaced coin operated machines and the only way to now pay is to purchase a 4 card out of a machine that won t dispense cards and now no one in the building can do laundry Plus they took the coin option away Would not recommend this system     Machines Do not work Np9886

The app itself works fine It does exactly what it s supposed to do send a service request With my iphone 6 I scanned the bar code and sent the request in less than a minute Whether or not they send someone in a timely manner remains to be seen A lot of people are rating the machines instead of the app                 Works fine Kaoce

We just had these new coinmach washers installed in our apt complex None of them card readers read my credit debit cards Tried 4 different ones Cards are good I use them regularly I tried the app in hopes I can can finally wash my clothes Guess what It doesn t work either Terrible products What s it going to take to fix this I have to travel across town now to wash clothes at the laundromat Thanks a lot     Doesn t work KevEkin

than waiting 20 minutes on the phone to report that one of this company s washing machines is broken and is full of fetid water or that one of their dryers is jammed with lint and is a fire hazard so I ll give it one star     This app couldn t possibly be worse ekbtothee
