    Its hard these days to find a company such as comcast that puts customer satisfaction first Post the initial sale When an issue arises I am no longer waiting on hold countless of times to speak to a representative Almost every occurrence Ive had to speak to one of their representatives The situation is treated with the upmost priority and is resolved in a timely matter With this all being said thank you comcast for withholding a high customer satisfaction rating for me and my company                 Superb Service and Products

    Cant make outgoing calls half if the time because it cant connect to the server and that is when I have good wifi Only works 5 of the time when Im on 4G Service is a waste of money     Awful
    This app worked for 1 month This morning it prompted me for my password Now I get the Authorization Failed error and it wont accept my phone name and number I called Comcast Business VoiceEdge services I spent 40 minutes on the phone for them to tell me that they would create a support ticket Totally disappointed     Unsupported and full of bugs
    This app crashes and asks you to reenter your phone number frequently on devices with a 64bit processor Works great on 32bit devices Please fix Comcast        Problems on 64bit systems
    Not a terrible app I like being able to call clients from my cell without giving out my cell number I agree that you should be able to set a different ringtone and I further agree that SMSMMS messaging would be a terrific feature However the app does not stay logged in for any reasonable period of time I am constantly having to login everytime I want to use the app on the iPhone An inconvenience especially if time is of the essence           Could be better

    So far this app doesnt seem to trigger Bluetooth in my car Pretty much useless if youre on the go a lot Ive missed almost every call thats come in because of this     Useless with Bluetooth
    I have repeatedly uninstalled and installed this app after I figured out as the admin I get EVERY call that comes into our office Which I obviously do not need when Im not at the office They come up as banners even when Im logged out of the app which is strange I shut off cellular data to the app because it was killing my battery AND data plan I have reached out to Comcast support multiple times and they have no answers Even when I uninstall the app and reinstall it I dont log in and Im still getting the banners for every call     Awful

    Everything on this app works good To make the app perfect they need to figure out a way to make voiceedge calls ring differently from iPhone rings so you can tell the difference between a business call and a personal call when using the be anywhere function Also having the ability to transfer calls to other users in the system would also be nice              Great app
    Terrible Not working properly more often than it does Important messages lost or delivered a day or two later frequent crashes half the time says it does not recognize the same iPhone have to enter it from scratch several times a week Tech support is difficult to reach offers suggestions like empty your mailbox everyday which have not helped canceling the service after 6 months of this fed up     Terrible Unreliable most of the time
    I have been waiting for a true virtual pbx system for my small business for quite some time bve fits the bill well my customers call and have no idea if I have answered my phone from comcast softphone on my Mac or from bve on my iPhone 6 The only thing missing from the iOS app and it is a big one is the ability to transfer to another extension from app If it had that I would have a complete virtual pbx system for my company              Great small business solution

    I like this app but you cannot actually call the people in your iPhone contact list from the app Nor can you copypaste phone numbers in the dialer These two things would make it a 5 star           Cool but cant access iPhone contacts
    Enjoy the features such as being able to monitor incoming calls The one main problem is that there are times the feature which allows you to call out simply does not work This seems to be when the incoming phone traffic is high Otherwise enjoy the app              Good app overall

    This app is pretty good using your business edge phone for inbound outbound calling The do not disturb feature does not work well I put it one but my phone still rings to my cell Fix this and you have a 5 star app        Do not disturb does not stay active
    This application has value but it is buggy I frequently use the anywhere device features to take calls on work numbers while Im away from the office There is certainly a lot of potential here as technology makes progress toward unified communication but it doesnt go very far into what is possible right now It definitely takes patience to work with this app though But I rely on this app and I would like Comcast to keep going on it I am definitely looking forward to the second generation           Has value but buggy
    This app currently does NOT work with IOS 8 iPhone 6 The app was serviceable albeit clunky until I upgraded my phone Now it has locked me out completely After two 45 minute calls to the voicedge customer support and several promises that the problem had been fixed I was eventually told that the problem was incompatibility with the OS and there were no known plans to upgrade the app     CAUTION Upgrade BREAKS app

    I was having voicemail issues with version 15x on my iPhone 5s This version addresses those issues and seems to work great so far Thank you for fixing these issues Cant wait till version 20                 Thank You

    I dont get this app I can see that a call is coming in A notification pops up on my iPhone lock screen I swipe to open the app It opens Then I sit there Nothing Nothing Nothing Then a message pops up staying a call has been disconnected Then a voicemail comes up I click on it I wait I wait I wait Finally occasionally I can listen to a voicemail But it takes so long I have never actually had the patience to wait long enough to get a second voice message to load Or maybe it never would have anyway Dont know But as far as I am concerned this app is a total waste of time and serves only one purpose Making my blood boil Can see the call coming just cannot ever answer I should probably just uninstall Ill have less stress then Terrible app Just useless     Does nothing but frustrate
    I hate how many times I get an error on this app Especially when I am trying to change settings and I cannot do it because the app doesnt load properly and gives me an error     Bad app

    If you want to make calls anonymously this is a great app Especially if you call clients and you dont want them to get your phone number it is done so easily Also you can change your message on your office phone with your cell phone with this app when youre going on vacation I absolutely love it                 Amazing
    The app is such a great feature to have as a companion to the VoiceEdge System However since the last update nothing is workingvoicemails do not playbuttons do not respond to touchwhen first voicemail can be playedthe play button for the others will not work Dont know what happenedbut there are now some pretty severe bugs that need to be worked out Features that would be indispensable for any business owner are the following 1 ability to control notification settings from within the app including the badge icon 2 ability to turn off voicemail completely when you do not want it to take messages for example when one is on vacation Right now you have to record a message and then leave tons of dead space It would be nice to be able to record your away message and then press a button like on an Avaya system that says Voicemail Status take messages or answer call only Please consider adding these features and fixing the current bugs Thanks        Was Goodhoped for morebut now barely works
    Ever since the last update the app crashes when I make a call     Keeps crashing
    Does not work I recommend any service provider besides Comcast For example Today I had 9 voicemails The VoiceEdge webpage said I had zero the app only displayed old ones that I had deleted several times It does not make a difference if you refresh redownload or if you open a new web page Comcast should not offer feature incentives to sell their services if the features do not work properly Greatly disappointed in Comcast as always     Just As Worthless As Their Services
