Comerica Mobile Banking(sm)

Wont upgrade an consequently cant use Comerica mobile banking on my iPad It just keeps telling me to download latest comparable version BUT nothing updates when I install it is an endless loop and I have no access not even to the original version that did work BAD BAD BAD Makes me think about dumping this bank that has had my business for DECADES and DECADES     Bad

Wow what a mess First you take all day Saturday to launch this so I have no web access Ever hear of doing updates at slower times for customers Sunday nights like most web companies Then this morning the app doesnt recognize my login and tells me to call customer service They are not there on weekend Bad launch plan     Cant log in with new version

The app works like you would expect a decent banking app to I really like the mobile deposit aspect and have not had any issues unlike some of the other reviewers The only reason this app didnt get a fifth star is because it is starting to look dated and it would be perfect if Touch ID would be incorporated as an alternative login              Touch ID update

The app is great and does everything I need it to do The only problem I have is the update icon is even worse than the previous one Whats the deal with the black bars It looks terrible and inconsistent with the rest of iOS           Great app Terrible icon

The deposit doesnt work plus the information is to slow        App needs to be updated

Im finally figuring out how to use the app but its difficult You cant view checks in the app but you can just logging in on Safari Havent tried depositing yet The app is useful but Chase app remains far better              Not very intuitive

Cannot open the app after midnight Says I need to have Internet connection when I am on wifi and the signal strength is 3 dots on LTE Mostly happens after midnight     Trash

Do not rely on this app for your needs It does not login to your account 40 of the time East of time        Works half the time

Every time I try to make a deposit on the mobile app It kicks me off of the app It usually happens when I take the pic Its getting a little frustrating to use the convenient part of the app Please fix this bugkink ASAP           Making deposit technical problems

This app needed an update so badly I was gonna go so far as to switch banks because I was so fed up with the lack of advanced web banking features such as the ability to deposit checks through the iPhone camera Now they have finally added that feature and more I have four stars because its still very slightly buggy since its so new For example I received an error trying to take a picture of my check and it simply said Error title Besides very small things like that it works fantastically Such a great update and an awesome facelift in general              FINALLY

When I take the pic of the front of the check for mobile deposits the app shuts off           Problems with mobile deposit

I have been using this app for several years and have never once had an issue I can check my balances transfer money find ATM locations and use the deposit feature easily Reviews that complain about the limits to the deposit amounts must not realize that every bank has the same limits and its for their protection I cant speak about the bill pay because I dont use it but everything else is great                 Great App

After todays upgrade keep getting error msg that I dont have internet connection I have iphone 4S with latest iOS No I issues with previous version I have full bars for my wifi I even tried with my data plan same results Looks like app released prior with not enough testing So I uninstalled and reinstall the app This time previous issue gone but after I enter my login and password I get System Error with phone number to call     Error for no internet connection

Before I could see the last several payments when going to enter an amount Those were useful to me as each thing has a diff monthly amount Now I cant even see when I paid it last OR how much I paid without going into my transaction history Also I had to enter a secret answer after every single bill I paid why doesnt it ask if Im done first I HATE the new update     Bill pay history

Ive deposited two checks with the new Click2Capture feature Worked great I had access to my funds in about 3 hours Also I can sign out of my personal account and sign into my business account which was a much needed update Minus one star for taking a while but other than that its great              Works fine for me

Pretty good app with simple and clear presentation I look forward to photo check deposit The only suggestion I have is that the current balance should be displayed for each transaction line That info is available on the web banking website and is useful           Nice and simple app

Wanted to try this after seeing the ad for it on Comericas website After installing it I cant get even get past the Securely logging in screen Half hour of my life wasted     Doesnt work

Ive been using the app for a while now It drives me crazy Keeps showing payments due on cards that have a zero balance Shows the same credit cards more than once in the list You have to remember the balance when you click on the payment and want to pay the balance because it displays the min payment This could be a good app seems rather simple Get it together Comerica Sorry Im off to PNC     App has issues

Ive been waiting for Comerica to develop an app with mobile deposit capabilities The mobile payment option via email or phone number is also a very convenient feature as well The interface looks great and much more practical Thank you                 Finally

The app keeps telling me I have no internet connectivity Thats strange it works just fine with my Wells Fargo app No way to reset its tiny incompetent mind     Poor connectivity

This app COULD be good unfortunately they cap mobile deposits at 1000 for personal checking and 2500 for business checking As a business owner this is a useless feature because the checks I process are almost always over 2500 Therefore its not really a mobile deposit because I have to go to a branch to deposit the checks MAKES NO SENSE considering Comerica is not a nationwide bank You would think they would make the mobile deposit easy to use to accommodate people who travel or do not live near a branch THAT IS THE ENTIRE POINT OF A MOBILE DEPOSIT If they fixed this feature the app would actually be useful and I would rate it much higher        LIMITS on Mobile Deposits

While the app is much easier than the mobile site the deposits function still needs work I have tried to deposit a check at least a dozen times and it cant read the photos I followed all the rules I learned when I banked with Wells Fargo dark nonreflective surface good light steady hand I hope the developers fix this app soon I expect it to be very useful           Deposits not working

I was very excited when the app release the new click to go deposit feature However upon trying to use it multiple times it never accepted my picture even though it was a clear depiction of the check This has a lot of work to do I thought it would make my life easier but I still am having to go inside the bank     Terrible deposit feature

The new features a nice but the icon is hideous Seriously who designed that At the very least make the blue go to the edge on the left side It looks like someone made this really quick in MS paint I might have to remove the app from my homescreen for that very reason           App Icon

I cant even type in my login information to check my balance Im now in Tahoe unable to check how much funds I have available and Im going to throw a fit to my bank if I end up overdrawing into my savings to get them to wave the fee     New upgrade is bad

The remember me switch is always on upon opening the app and its annoying to always switch to no while doing so It also needs to be redesigned it looks nothing or have the feel of that good ole blue comerica logo Looks like you just go it lazy and just when with that ugly black        Needs work

Having experienced other banking apps this is the worst Much of what is wrong with banking through Comerica is reflected in this app Comerica is a business bank and is not consumer oriented Because of this the app has limited features and is poorly designed To be safe I have different passwords and login info for banking for loginpassword keeping i use an app that copies each and allows me to paste into the fields This app when jumping between another password keeper app deletes the login field and refreshes itself when redisplayed The only way to stop it from occurring is to check remember my login This should not be required and is a security threat The login is not well designed or thought out The app is slow to load and lags actuals Pending deposits take a day to appear that are shown on a PC The is no photo deposit no check viewing and navigation needs work Overall this app looks like it was designed by a teenager with myspace web design experience Bank somewhere else and experience a real app     App need better developers

This app absolutely reflects my entire experience with this bank Minimal and behind the times It shows my balance transactions and allows me to make transfers The ATM finder works but there arent very many around so theres not really a point I dont know why Im still with this bank but this app supplies me with the most basic needs for a mobile banking app and nothing more At least they have an app My first year banking with them it didnt even exist so its better than nothing I still find myself going to the actual website to check my account because the app fails most of the time        Nothing special

I was so excited for this update until every time I try to deposit a check it fails saying it any read the check I have all four corners clearly shown for both the front and back so what gives Great feature if it worked        Cant deposit

Very bland UI that looks like its from PreiOS7 days And that IconLogo looks like crap The design needs to be refreshed Functionally this app does what I need it to do I just wish it looked more Sleek One bug I noticed When taking a picture to deposit a check the camera cuts offblacksout part of the image on my 5S              Works well looks dated

The payment feature on this app does not talk to the website So if you pay your bill with this app and later go online It shows you have not paid even when you have Upside is that you can pay the bill but no help in managing bills     Terrible
