The Common Areas is now available as a free download on Apple Store for iPad owners. The application is supporting different languages: English, Bokmål, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Norwegian Nynorsk, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish. It weighs in at only 15.0 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0 has been released on 2014-02-25. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I started using the app a few weeks ago and it makes my site inspections and following up on maintenance issues with my vendors a breeze I ve tried some other apps in the past for creating check lists and sharing pictures but Common Areas is able to all those things and much more all in one app                     Very Useful JuanRaGD

I ve been looking for an app that makes it easier to report issues to everyone I am working with on the properties I manage This app is great and I haven t seen anything else like it The categories and subcategories need work though I think someone else posted this but it would be a lot better if I could make up my own categories That is why I gave it only four stars                 Big Time Saver Alncinny

Once I got my locations and contacts set up it was really easy to assign an action item by just dropping a pin on a specific location The confusion of what where and when a project or task needs to be completed is no longer an issue I d love to be able to create my own custom categories for my locations since I deal with so many different types of projects                     A must have app BTorg

The overall functionalities are good but it would be nice if the service providers had their own categories to choose from The program is helpful and hopefully they ll keep working on it to make it better assuming they will since it s still a beta version                     Good for a Beta Moore Management

I am a retail commercial property manager for mainly neighborhood shopping centers and this app really comes in handy I really like how easy it is to show the pinpoint location of any issues so it leaves little room for error It s also great help in keeping track of everything going on at each of my centers                     Cool App Trinity A.

Logistics of the app is good Even the functions and how they re tied together but it takes so much time to look up functions it s almost not worth while if you have dozens maintenance contractors to deal with You can t even sort organize your categories it makes entering contacts very difficult         Hard to Use Ljbailey3
