I love it it worked for me However it doesnt work for long I find myself picking up my iPod every few hours to do it again But overall very good Good

Its basically a man voice recording telling you to be confident and how nothing cam stop you Cute graphics and good intentions but it does not get the job done at all Doesnt really work
