This app creates nearly zero value Most sections of the app simply load external websites that are freely available The only native element appears to be the list of legislators 1 which is actually less elegant than the list on congress gov What a wasted opportunity and a waste of 3     I can t believe they charge for this A Disappointed User 3$#

This is a great app with great support All those having database updating issues please read this review I have an iPhone4 and had the same problem getting the updated database to install so I sent an email to the company asking for help The CEO Dr Cohen replied to me within 1 day with some solutions unfortunately none of them worked but in the email he gave me a phone number to call if I still had any issues I called late in the evening and left a message In less than 1 hour the CEO himself called me back and worked me through the problem Looks like iPhone4 users need to fully close the app by stopping it from running the background After selecting the update close the app then double tap the home button to get to the app running in the background Close the app there wait a moment and then restart the app The new database should update then If you are still having issues please contact them directly before you write a bad review I have never had better service then what I got from them THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM I would reccomend this app and company to anyone                     Great Support COLON TOWEL

I was very happy with the Congress application It does all it says it will do and then some The updates are great and the few problems were with Apple updating the current app and not the app itself Easy fix and now I am fully current with all the members of Congress If you need to complain or make a comment to Congress this will get you the info on who what where to make contact Great for teaching letters and any contact This is the best buck I have spent in the apple store This will serve your needs well Customer service is great all emails returned with in 24 hours and very helpful There is not a lot you will need support for but is there if yo need to                     Congress omniohl

With all of the rave reviews I thought this app would be awesome as I like to write my congressmen But the info on them is wrong Donnelly of Indiana is democrat but they have him listed as republican They also have a link for corrections are there really that many mistakes                 Dissapointed Red38

Lot s of great information presented in a logical easy to navigate interface Contact information for each office is easy to use your representative or senator is just a finger tap away at all times The bio information is non partisan as are the links to outside websites I think the campaign information links for each office are especially useful with so many elections coming up The links in the more section provide even more details the Fact Check link will help you figure out how much of that last campaign ad was true and how much was a lie I have one minor one major criticism 1 in the more section I think the developer should put their about survey FAQ and blog links below the more relevant links Fact Check news legislation It just seems like they re putting themselves ahead of the content 2 This app needs landscape mode All those great web site links are not as easy to read or handle as they would be in landscape mode At the very least they could have put a quick button to send the page to Safari so we can read it there in landscape like Twitterific has Anyone who enjoys following politics or just wants to know more about the upcoming races will find this app helpful If you are a political junkie who watches CSPAN you should probably have this app with you 24 7 But it s the lack of landscape mode or a decent work around that makes me give it 3 stars instead of the 5 I would give it otherwise                 Great resource but lack of landscape mode hurts DJ Rizzo
