Had to delete the app and redownload to get it to work Not very impressive to not support an upgrade thus the one star Try testing upgrade paths better next time maybe Updated app got error message to update app and contact Intelity for support

Tried to order items for prearrival get to the confirm screen Im asked for my room number and code Didnt the app writers try this out first before releasing Needs work

I find that the app wont even start After the lovely orchid petal scene I dont need to see this unless it happening while the app is loading the screen goes black and nothing happens App wont even start

Nice layout and information but the HHonors signin doesnt work Decent app flawed HHonors authentication

I cannot sign in with my hhonors number or my conf Number I get an exception error Update I updated the app and it doesnt work at all now App doesnt function

This app definitely needs improvement On the app it adds an extra day to your reservation Also when you want to add extras and amenities to your reservation it asks for your room So that means you cant put in special request until after you arrive and know your room This app still needs lots of work Needs improvement

I tried to log in to make a reservation it does not work anymore Terrible

But it doesnt seem to go past the intro screen with the pretty flowers Am I missing something Looks pretty

Deleted Stopped working with iOS8

This app added one day to the checkout for all of my reservations It was difficult to get back to the page that had all of my reservations including Hilton hotels once I left it This should add a way to send emails to tech support and the hotel directly Needs improvement
