The new version doesnt pick up Facebook friends I updated it and it shows I only have two friends Ive reinstalled it and nothing works Dont buy it

The IOS8 worked better in one aspect then IOS9 When selecting a group the info comes up but if you have multi members in the group it all reverts back to all the contacts Im hoping that the program designer will look into this matter and correct the problem I would have given this app five stars if it was not for this matter This is very important to me Near Perfect app

This app is amazing Retina display photos that are adjustable by size shape Glitch free easy to use Im not into social media like Facebook but I noticed in the app description that in order to sync that type of contact both contacts must have contacts xl Incredible contact app
Crashes when opened on iPhone 6 Fix it Bad version
I have been using this newer version of this app since its release At the beginning there were some rough spots with sporadic bugs However now all of the major issues appear to have been corrected The interface is nice clean and functional The extra features for managing groups and updating contacts are fantastic such a timesaver for me I have replaced my regular Contacts app with this one for nearly all contact management functions Useful app works well
Great use it everyday but I am unable to make templates after the upgrade The app crashes each time I try to save a template Issues

When Facebook deprecated their v 1 API on April 30th 2015 this app was rendered useless Facebook no longer allows developers to sync users data within their applications such as that on which this app relies The developer should have put some kind of warning about this pending update in the product description App now deprecated with Facebook API 20
Funny they dont mention that the app no longer does the ONE THING I bought it to do Apparently the Facebook API changed not this companys fault but they still sell it as if it works It doesnt And I might add that the still sell the previous version so I paid TWICE for an app that doesnt do what I bought it for That is straight up dishonest No longer works with Facebook
Today I upgraded to the 2015 version of this app because the original app said that Facebook no longer synced and that only the 2015 version worked That was in the update to the original app that came out May 10 2015 Here I sit a couple hours later and the app on my phone only shows my wifes Facebook profile My wifes app only shows my Facebook profile No other Facebook profile show up even though the previous app stated that Facebook was only supported in this version I feel hoodwinked bamboozled deceived Yes I know its only 99 but now Ive bought the app twice and neither version does the one thing I purchased them for hope the Dev is able to fix this soon or he stops promoting the Facebook integration Deceived

Spent an hour cleaning up and grouping contacts Added an contact to Favorites and the program crashed and hung upclosed app opened it and went to the favorites flashed the screen and kept going blank Also this app lacks the ability to display contacts without losing screen space to Pictures which I dont need on screen Crash lockup POOR APP
Ive been a Mac fan since the late 80s I left Mac in the 90s but returned once it was evident direction and leadership was restored Its been a great ride into the 2000s Unfortunately The details seem to be slipping The Contact program found on all iPads is marginal to say the least After serious frustration ContactsXL came to the rescue A great app that certainly listened to the consumer and gave them All that and more Kudos to you ContactsXL Well done As for you Apple Computer I suggest a return to details is in order Its all in the details

Though this version seems more like an update then an upgrade it does work well and is nicely organized The previous list view in Favorites would be good to add so favorites could be more easily organized Performs Fine

Worked for about a minute Added favorites and Facebook and now it crashes on open Clearly not ready for ios8 on iPhone 6 plus Update crashes only after adding an email to favorites So amending my rating from 1 to 3 stars Otherwise seems to work fine Support very responsive in attacking bug Just hasnt found it yet Crashes ios8
When it synced with Facebook the app was good Once it lost that ability it had no special functionality and there are thousands of plain contact managers Dont spend your money here Not special
